Hoteles con spa en Hangzhou

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

We absolutely love this hotel!! We have been here several times since 2011. It is located a little away from West Lake, with didi that it is so easy to get around! And it is absolutely vital that you can get a break from all the crowds and noise of the big city when you get back to your hotel. Rose Garden is surrounded by green trees and mountains, it’s quite and calm and the outside swimming pool is such an oasis. If it’s raining and thundering, too hot or too cold the indoor pool is also really good, and there are nice sofas around the pool for enjoying yourself. The staff is incredible!!! They are quietly there and super aware of you and your needs. They, especially Stone the manager, helped my husband so much with him planing a surprise visit on our wedding anniversary, they made sure he got upgraded to a better room so he was next to us, helped him send flowers, made a cake for us from them and kept the whole thing a secret from me🌹🩷 They helped me and my daughters order tea to be delivered to the hotel, send a package to a friend in China, remember what we liked to eat and drink in the morning and always kind and aware. I know they work hard and still they always smile at us and are ready to help!! Most of them have worked there for many many years, so they know what they’re doing 👌 I am so grateful, because they are a big part of our visits being so memorable! The hotel is so clean, the rooms a beautiful and spacious and there is a coffee machine in the room 🙏🏻 the restaurant in the hotel is really good Chinese food the Cafe cand make some good western food choices, drinks and ice cream, the breakfast buffet offers a huge selection of Chinese food and western food and fruit, children’s buffet with candyfloss and fun for kids. The whole hotel is quite, tranquil, beautiful, clean and cozy!!! We always get a little sad when we leave and even though we want to travel to se other parts of the world, we always have Rose Garden and Hangzhou in our hearts and plans to come back. And we will🌹🤝🩷

Es un hotel muy inteligente. Puedes registrarte deslizando tu rostro durante todo el proceso. Es muy conveniente si no tienes una tarjeta de habitación. El gimnasio y la lavandería cuentan con estacionamiento gratuito y están muy bien equipados. La entrada del metro está justo afuera de la puerta y la línea 19 es muy conveniente. También está relativamente cerca del Lago del Oeste. El servicio brindado por Meiyangyang en la recepción es muy bueno y atento. Volveré en el futuro.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado en China. El personal es muy amable y acogedor. Las aguas termales son increíbles. El territorio es limpio y hermoso. Las habitaciones son frescas, limpias y cómodas. La ubicación, alejada de la carretera principal, lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes. De verdad, estamos maravillados con este lugar. 😍

作為送考家長，選了最近的又具知名度的酒店。大堂前台小高很熱情，笑容很感染人，看到我們連住兩晚還幫我們申請了歡迎水果（品質不錯，水分足的水果）還提醒我們如果開車酒店提供免費停車衹需要外出時説一下即可。剛進房間，管家管家短訊就進來了，房間很乾凈，看電視上網都很方便，完全不影響辦公。床品也很舒服，不是很軟，正好。早餐在16樓，色調清新有活力，還能看到遠處的山脈，心情頓時很好。早餐也必須點評一下，（品質很好，品種繁多）感覺咖啡豆也不錯，我老公中式，我西式早餐，希爾頓都考慮周全了👍服務人員不多但是感覺非常勤快，一會檢查一下菜品是不是需要加量。看來工作態度很認真。 這裏絕對值得連住兩晚😄🌹

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Qiandao Lake. The room was absolutely stunning, and the lake view was breathtaking. One of the most special features of the room was the bathroom design — the bathtub was positioned so that you could relax while enjoying the beautiful lake scenery, which made for a truly memorable experience. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I also loved the hotel's interior design, which features a lot of natural wood, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the property. The breakfast offered a good selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. There is also a nice local Chinese restaurant nearby where you can try the region's famous fish, which I highly recommend. The only downside was transportation. Unfortunately, I missed my train because we were unable to get a taxi for about 40 minutes. Even though I tried to arrange transportation in advance, it was still not enough. The hotel does not provide a taxi service, so I would strongly recommend allowing plenty of extra time if you need to catch a train or have a fixed schedule. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and I had an amazing stay. I would happily return in the future ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom villa. The villa was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and a memorable experience. The breakfast was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the effort made to accommodate our strict vegetarian dietary requirements. The buggy services were consistently prompt and efficient. The resort’s location amidst the wetlands provides a unique and tranquil natural setting, though some guests may find it slightly secluded. Communication through WeChat was smooth and responsive. We would also like to especially commend Samiksha, the intern, and the dining team member who spoke both English and Chinese fluently. Their attentiveness and willingness to help significantly enhanced our experience. As areas for improvement, the swimming pool water could have been warmer, and the addition of facilities such as a sauna or jacuzzi would further elevate the guest experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and well-managed stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the team.

Very nice and comfy hotel. Good location with around 10 mins walks from the HangZhou east station. Breakfast was nice and there was free self-service washing machine and dryer.

An unforgettable luxury wellness retreat. I discovered Xixi Xin Hotel while searching for a peaceful escape, and it exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional. The suites are beautifully designed with natural, eco-friendly materials that create an instantly grounding atmosphere. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a Marshall speaker with a curated selection of nature sounds—waves, birds, rustling leaves and crackling fire—setting the tone for complete relaxation. The bathroom is equally impressive, with beautiful curtains opening to a soaking spa prepared daily with fresh rose petals and natural bath salts. Thoughtful touches such as soft linen loungewear and complimentary disposable swimwear made the experience feel effortlessly luxurious. Service is truly five-star. Each suite is assigned a personal butler who is attentive, responsive and genuinely committed to making your stay effortless. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the hospitality was warm, personal and sincere. I was initially hesitant about the vegetarian restaurant, but it was one of the highlights of my stay. The dishes were nutritious, beautifully presented and worthy of fine dining, while still being surprisingly filling. For those who prefer meat, there are also excellent restaurants nearby. The wellness program is outstanding, with daily yoga, Tai Chi, sound baths, traditional Chinese medicine consultations and other healing experiences. Classes run for around an hour and are led by knowledgeable instructors who genuinely care about your wellbeing, creating a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. With only around 8–10 suites, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet and intimate, allowing guests to completely disconnect from the outside world. After just three nights, I left feeling genuinely relaxed, grounded and restored. A rare hidden gem that combines exceptional architecture, thoughtful design, impeccable service and meaningful wellness experiences. If you’re looking for a peaceful five-star retreat focused on luxury, wellness and tranquillity, I couldn’t recommend Xixi Xin Hotel more highly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La habitación del hotel era muy agradable - mucho mejor que en las fotos. El diseño era juguete y nos gustaban todos los espejos rotatorios, el espejo del baño, el espejo de la puerta. La casa de la ciudad de Hangzhou es muy agradable y se encuentra en el centro de Hangzhou.
