Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Hangzhou

Una experiencia en casa de huéspedes bastante satisfactoria. En primer lugar, la ubicación es excelente, con el Parque Hupao, el Zoológico de Hangzhou y el Parque Taiziwan a poca distancia a pie. En segundo lugar, el precio de la habitación en esta ubicación estaba dentro de nuestro presupuesto. En cuanto al servicio, todo el personal que conocimos fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y responder rápidamente a cualquier problema. El día de nuestra llegada, nos ofrecieron té por la tarde y postre por la noche, y al hacer el check-out nos dieron un pequeño regalo. La variedad del desayuno también era muy amplia. Se nota que es una casa de huéspedes gestionada con mucho esmero. La próxima vez que vaya a Hangzhou, definitivamente consideraré alojarme aquí de nuevo.

Exceeded expectations! Location: near west lake and on a quieter stretch, walkable to the broken bridge and most attractions on the Westlake. Hotel premise is quite big so there is a buggy to fetch you around if you prefer not to walk. Our room was at tower 6 and there is a side gate for us to exit to west lake via The New hotel (新新饭店) saving us 700m if we went from the main gate. Room: Big for any country's standards, bed is a super king size and very thoughtful touches everywhere e.g. not just 2 bins but also 2 high quality tissue boxes, 1 in toilet, 1 at desk, toilet paper was of v good quality, high tech toilet seat, pure drinking water tap at the sink, a special bottle of water suitable for making milk, Dyson hairdryer and many power sockets for us to charge all our gadgets from portable fan, power banks, camera, tablets, phones etc. Amenities: There is self service laundry at tower 3, linked via a nice sheltered walkway from tower 6 lvl 2 and u can even get the housekeeper to move your laundry to the dryer and deliver it to your room once it is done (folded nicely too). Everyone was just attentive, smiley and polite. We didn't get to explore the rest of the villa as we had no time but it is definitely a great place to stay.

El hotel y el golf no se han visto muy problemáticos, y una mención especial se dirige a Lucy, el director de casa, que fue muy atento desde el principio hasta el final, y se ha asegurado que mi estancia era muy memorable.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Este es el hotel más terapéutico, relajante y con mejor servicio en el que me he alojado. Toda la música de la habitación, incluido el aroma de los aceites esenciales, era increíblemente relajante. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero es tranquilo y apacible. Las habitaciones son increíblemente espaciosas y cada detalle está diseñado con mucho gusto. Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Ha pasado un tiempo desde que me registré, así que aún no he comentado. Un hotel con una excelente ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes al lado (New White Deer, BBQ, estofado de cordero local) y está a solo 100 metros del supermercado Lianhua y del mercado nocturno de Wulin. KEVIN, Xiao Yang en la recepción, actualizó el tipo de habitación básica a una habitación con vista a la montaña, que era perfecta para admirar la Torre Baoshu, especialmente la vista nocturna. La habitación es bastante satisfactoria, pero debo decir que el hardware es antiguo y hay una sensación de vejez. Pero el servicio de software es realmente bueno👍

Servicio: El personal de recepción es muy agradable, educado y cortés, y el servicio es atento. Tienes que ir temprano para desayunar. La segunda ola no es tan buena como la primera. El comedor es luminoso e impresionante. Hay muchas cosas, tanto chinas como occidentales. La habitación es una habitación con vistas a la habitación. A solo unos pasos llegarás al autobús lanzadera Lingyin, el billete del autobús lanzadera cuesta 2 yuanes. No hay nada bueno para comer cerca del hotel. Tienes que caminar un poco para encontrar un restaurante decente.
