Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Hangzhou

La siguiente reseña se basa únicamente en mi experiencia durante esta estancia. En primer lugar, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y me llamó con antelación para preguntar mi hora de llegada. La habitación era lo suficientemente grande para dos personas, y el colchón era de firmeza media, así que no me sentí incómodo al día siguiente. Los alrededores del hotel eran bastante animados, por lo que no fue difícil encontrar sitios para comer, y el transporte era también bastante cómodo. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver en el futuro, espero que siga siendo igual de bueno. Una pequeña sugerencia: la nota junto al interruptor del aire acondicionado, en mi opinión, es un poco engañosa.

¡Exceden las expectativas! Localización: cerca del lago occidental y en una calle más tranquila, caminable a la puente rota y la mayoría de las atracciones en el lago occidental. Nuestra habitación estaba en la torre 6 y hay una puerta lateral para que salgamos al lago oeste a través del New Hotel (nuevo hotel) que nos ahorra 700m si nos ibamos de la puerta principal. Habitación: Gran para cualquier país, la cama es un gran rey y toca muy pensado por todas partes, por ejemplo, no sólo 2 bins, sino también 2 cajas de tejido de alta calidad, 1 en el baño, 1 en el escritorio, papel higiénico era de v buena calidad, asiento de alta tecnología, La botella de agua potable pura en el aire libre, una botella especial de agua adecuada para hacer leche, secador de pelo Dyson y muchos sockets de potencia para que cargamos todos nuestros gadgets de ventilador portátiles, bancos de potencia, cámara, tabletas, teléfonos, etc. Acondicionamientos: Lavandería de servicio personal en la torre 3, conectada a través de un paseo bien acogido desde la torre 6 lvl 2 y puede incluso conseguir que el cuidador de la casa mueva su lavandería al secador y entregarla a su habitación una vez terminada (también bien doblada). Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Disfruté de un tratamiento de spa y asistí a una mágica clase de sanación. La terapeuta del spa, Chun Chun, tenía excelentes técnicas de masaje, y la combinación con el equipo fue realmente maravillosa y relajante. La clase de sanación duró una hora, pero se me hizo eterna; probablemente me quedé dormida con el sonido de los cuencos tibetanos. La cocina vegetariana del hotel nos purificó el cuerpo. Podía apreciar cada rincón con tranquilidad, o disfrutar de una taza de té en la terraza mientras veía a la gente pescar en el lago; todo era tan tranquilo y maravilloso. Comparamos precios en Ctrip durante mucho tiempo antes de elegir finalmente el Hotel Xinqiao para nuestros dos hijos. De antemano, nos preocupaba que las instalaciones del hotel estuvieran anticuadas, pero superó nuestras expectativas. A los niños les encantó. Muchísimas gracias a Xiao Huang, de recepción; fue increíblemente amable, nos ofreció desayuno y té de la tarde de cortesía e incluso nos mejoró la habitación. A los niños les encantó la librería del hotel. El hotel tiene una rica historia y cultura, y es una unidad de recepción designada por el gobierno. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno; los fideos de la madre de Xiaojun son imprescindibles. Está a solo 200 metros del Lago Oeste, justo al lado de la zona Yintai IN77C. Se puede caminar por el pasaje subterráneo hasta el Lago Oeste, un lugar perfecto para dar un paseo. Está a solo 8 minutos a pie de la estación de Longxiangqiao de la línea 1 del metro (caminamos despacio con los niños). Las zonas comerciales de los alrededores son muy prácticas y es fácil encontrar taxis. Xinbailu, imprescindible en Gaode Maps, está justo al lado de IN77C, y el raspado de mango y coco del número 3, en el sótano, también está buenísimo. Una excelente opción para un viaje cómodo y económico cerca del Lago Oeste. Sin duda, lo volveremos a elegir la próxima vez que llevemos a los niños.

每次來西湖就是為了清修放鬆，這是多年來一直選擇的落腳地。雖然改名了，整體品質變化不大。地理位置很好，避開湖畔喧鬧的人流，南天竺或外雞籠山站下走進村落深處、穿過片片龍井茶園和香樟樹便是，夜間風吹葉聲，早起蟲鳴聲，真正鬧中取靜。無論向西去往上天竺、靈隱、獅峯山、九溪，還是向東去往茅家埠、外西湖，公交和打車都非常方便，徒步也可吃得消。國有資產，建造較早，設定稍顯老，但相比較地理位置和房間寬敞面積，性價比非常高，畢竟不是來特種兵，每次都是要住很多天的。改名後雖然中晚餐不提供了，但五分鐘走到村頭，就是若干家杭州本地口碑超高的餐廳。遠離喧囂，枕山而居，是杭州慢生活度假的絕佳之選。

En general, la recepción está manejando un viaje completo con alta eficiencia, una actitud del personal entusiasta y intimidad, y le pregunto a los lugares turísticos cercanos que también son muy comprensibles. El abuelo de la tía Guangzhou está bien situado, la limpieza de la habitación y los complementos son muy oportunos todos los días. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! Gracias al chico guapo de la recepción, Xiaokuan, por ayudarnos a devolver la muñeca perdida. ¡Fue muy atento!

Es un alojamiento tipo Airbnb; no hay recepción. Pero el guardia de seguridad fue amable y servicial. Todas las instrucciones están en chino. Solo recomendado para viajeros expertos. La habitación estaba demasiado fría; esperamos más de media hora a que subiera la calefacción, pero después de 30 minutos nos dimos por vencidos. El anfitrión es muy atento e intentó cambiarnos de habitación.
