«Para nuestro viaje familiar a Hangzhou, reservamos un hotel en la calle Imperial de la Dinastía Song del Sur, en el distrito de Shangcheng. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente (•͈ᴗ⁃͈ ✧). La ubicación es realmente fantástica, muy conveniente para hacer turismo. Lo más importante es que está cerca de la estación de metro Ding'an Road (salida D), lo cual me gustó mucho por la facilidad para movernos. 📍 **Ubicación Geográfica:** El hotel está justo en la calle peatonal Imperial de la Dinastía Song del Sur. Sales y en pocos minutos a pie ya estás. Debajo hay un supermercado Lawson, casas de té, cafeterías, tiendas y restaurantes, ¡muy completo! Si te gustan los qipaos, puedes pasear por las tiendas de qipaos cercanas, hay muchos estilos y diseños. Podéis elegir uno a juego para madre e hija y salir a hacer fotos en el Lago del Oeste, ¡muy al estilo Jiangnan! Si pides un Didi, puedes poner la ubicación trasera del hotel: Guangfu Road No. 57 / Parking del hotel Haoyi 🅿️. **Metro 🚇:** Caminando 4-6 minutos se llega a la salida D o C de Ding'an Road. ¡Es muy conveniente para ir al trabajo! ¡Las familias que tengan que tomar tren no necesitarán levantarse temprano! 🛏️ **Habitación:** La primera impresión al entrar en la habitación fue de mucha frescura. No es muy grande, pero es comprensible ya que está cerca de las atracciones. ¡La limpieza es muy buena! Está muy cerca de los lugares turísticos. **Desayuno:** El hotel ofrece más de 40 variedades de desayuno buffet, con opciones chinas y occidentales. «La ubicación del hotel es excelente, justo al lado del Parque del Lago del Oeste, y muy cerca del Restaurante Hangzhou, Zhiweiguan e Intime In77. ¡Es fantástico! El personal de recepción fue muy atento y servicial, lo cual nos hizo sentir muy bien. En la habitación 507, la señora de la limpieza de nuestro piso también fue muy diligente, recogiendo la basura a tiempo y dejando el baño impecable, tanto el lavabo como el suelo. Incluso nos recordaron llevar paraguas cuando llovía. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!»

«Booked this hotel as it is near airport with free airport shuttle. Reception counter is share lobby with Holiday Inn. A bit confused when arived. Thought is wrong drop off.Room is clean and spaces but floor is not carpeted. No minibar in the room eventhough it stated in description. There is local fast food under the hotel and tea shop just at the back.Surrounding is under construction for up coming mall. Short walk to metro line7 about 10min. Good to have free self service laundry with free detergent .Small gym. Only down side is WiFi and TV signal. Poor reception...hang on and off otherwise quite a pleasant stay.»

«Este hotel ha añadido muchos buenos recuerdos a mi viaje a Hangzhou. Ventajas: 1. Excelente ubicación, en la zona comercial in77. A 200 metros de la salida D del metro Longxiangqiao, a 5 minutos a pie. El autobús número 7, que pasa por la planta baja, va directamente al Templo Lingyin. El hotel está justo enfrente del Lago del Oeste, a 10 minutos a pie. Enfrente hay dos restaurantes de renombre, Hangzhou Jiujia y Zhiweiguan, y también hay un mercado de comida subterráneo en la planta baja. 2. El restaurante es hermoso, se puede desayunar mientras se disfruta de las vistas del Lago del Oeste. 3. «Un viaje excelente. Al principio, la habitación que nos asignaron estaba un poco ruidosa debido a las obras del centro comercial de al lado, aunque el ruido no era constante, nos molestaba. En cuanto se lo comentamos a recepción, nos cambiaron a una habitación superior de inmediato. Además, la ubicación del hotel es genial; se tarda solo 5 minutos andando en llegar a la calle Hefang, y el metro y los autobuses están muy cerca. Y qué decir de la comida, ¡es fantástica! Los restaurantes más famosos de la zona tienen sucursales aquí, así que no hace falta ir muy lejos.»

La ubicación es fantástica, no está lejos de Longjing Village, Jiuxi y el Parque Hupao. ¡Hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta, lo cual es súper conveniente! Lo más importante es que el dueño y el personal son muy amables. El administrador del hotel siempre responde instantáneamente a nuestros mensajes de WeChat y nos ayuda a subir y bajar las maletas, ¡son muy confiables! 🥰 También nos ayudaron a planificar cuidadosamente nuestra ruta de dos días, ¡fue perfecto! 🤩 Originalmente reservamos por un día, pero como la experiencia fue muy buena, reservamos una noche más. El desayuno también fue muy elaborado, abundante y nutritivo 👍. El diseño del patio muestra que le pusieron mucho esfuerzo ❤️. ¡Es perfecto para tomar fotos y videos, con esa sensación de jardín de Jiangnan! ¡La próxima vez que venga, me quedaré aquí de nuevo! 😊😊😊

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

El impresionante paisaje del Lago Oeste está justo al salir de la habitación, y los alrededores también son muy convenientes para comer y hacer compras. La habitación estaba decorada con buen gusto, y las elegantes cortinas y el proyector de televisión fueron muy prácticos y considerados. Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

A special thank you to Luby and Jayiyn for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and always made sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their warm attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The hotel itself is excellent — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities are top quality, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. Every detail is well thought out, making it absolutely worth every penny. El servicio del hotel fue de primera clase. Desde el momento en que me registré, sentí la calidez y la profesionalidad del personal. El personal de recepción fue todo sonrisas y me ofreció té con proactividad, haciéndome sentir como en casa después de un viaje agotador. No solo procesaron mi registro con eficiencia, sino que también me presentaron pacientemente las diversas instalaciones y servicios del hotel, ofreciéndome sugerencias detalladas según mis necesidades. Cuando pedí una almohada de trigo sarraceno, el personal respondió rápidamente, llevándola a mi habitación en solo cinco minutos. Durante mi estancia, cualquier problema que tuve, lo resolvieron con prontitud y paciencia. Este servicio de mayordomo me hizo sentir muy a gusto. Una vez, derramé una taza sin querer y, tras llamar a atención al cliente, el personal vino rápidamente a limpiarla y me preguntó amablemente si necesitaba alguna otra, sin una sola queja ni impaciencia. Esta meticulosa atención me hizo sentir el respeto y la consideración del hotel por cada huésped. Además, el hotel ofrece numerosos servicios de valor añadido, como refrigerios nocturnos gratuitos, consigna de equipaje y servicio de taxi, lo que hace que la estancia sea más cómoda y práctica. Me alojé en una habitación con cama king size, lo que me permitió dormir profundamente toda la noche. Los wontons de sopa de pollo y los panqueques de cebolleta, en particular, eran auténticos, lo que me permitió saborear la auténtica cocina de Hangzhou. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con una estación de metro justo debajo. No está lejos del muelle de Wulinmen, el puente Longxiang, la Torre del Tambor y el Parque Hupao, por lo que es muy conveniente para ir en autobús o metro. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal de limpieza la limpiaba a fondo todos los días. Sabiendo que bebo mucha agua, siempre me dejaban más botellas en la habitación. También había muchos avisos útiles, como instrucciones para conectarse al Wi-Fi, cómo usar el desagüe y qué artículos se podían pedir prestados, lo cual fue muy útil. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones y estaba delicioso. A veces, si cogía demasiada comida y no me la terminaba, podía pedir una fiambrera en la recepción de la entrada para llevar, lo cual me pareció genial para no desperdiciar comida. El único pequeño inconveniente fue que la recepción no fue lo suficientemente clara al hacer el check-in. Solo me enteré de que mi habitación había sido mejorada cuando extendí mi estancia, pero no sabía cuál de mis dos habitaciones había sido mejorada. Tampoco me dijeron qué habitación incluía el desayuno, ni a qué hora o en qué piso se servía. Tuve que averiguarlo todo yo mismo leyendo las pequeñas tarjetas informativas.

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, quiet, staff is great and very helpful. However, I need to write a review that will help other foreigners that want to stay here. This hotel is in the middle of a village and very far away from the city!!!! If you want to go out, eat foreign food or have easy access to places, do not stay here! This place is only convenient if you want to see the attractions around the village, and you want a quiet and peaceful vacation far away from the city. It is almost impossible to get to the city center, just getting out of the village took us around 45 minutes each time. It is possible to walk, but note that it’s more than 4km to West Lake, so it’s not very convenient. There is also traffic control at certain times, so car hailing is not even possible. You would have to walk/take a bus/find a random taxi. There aren’t enough foreign friendly food options around, but Meituan works, it will take them more than an hour to deliver, but they will. I can’t imagine any foreigner that doesn’t already live in China managing to arrange all of those things on their own. Note that there are no pharmacies in the village, so you would have to order any medicine if needed. That being said, we embraced the quiet and tranquil vacation, even though it wasn’t planned that way (I booked this hotel because it was advertised on Trip to be 1km walk from West Lake). I have to say that the staff was extremely helpful and nice, even though I imagine it was difficult handling two demanding foreigners 😅 all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, slow paced, village vacation. And they have two very cute bunnies 😍

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! Gracias al chico guapo de la recepción, Xiaokuan, por ayudarnos a devolver la muñeca perdida. ¡Fue muy atento!
