La ubicación es fantástica, no está lejos de Longjing Village, Jiuxi y el Parque Hupao. ¡Hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta, lo cual es súper conveniente! El administrador del hotel siempre responde instantáneamente a nuestros mensajes de WeChat y nos ayuda a subir y bajar las maletas, ¡son muy confiables! 🥰 También nos ayudaron a planificar cuidadosamente nuestra ruta de dos días, ¡fue perfecto! 🤩 Originalmente reservamos por un día, pero como la experiencia fue muy buena, reservamos una noche más. El desayuno también fue muy elaborado, abundante y nutritivo 👍. El diseño del patio muestra que le pusieron mucho esfuerzo ❤️. ¡Es perfecto para tomar fotos y videos, con esa sensación de jardín de Jiangnan! ¡La próxima vez que venga, me quedaré aquí de nuevo! 😊😊😊

This place is absolutely amazing! The hotel is extremely relaxing and peaceful, the food is delicious, with the breakfast being exceptional, and the spa area (sauna, steam, jacuzzi) is an absolute delight after a round of golf. As for the golf course, set amongst a tea plantation, it is stunning! For both hotel and golf course team, nothing was too much trouble, and a special mention goes to Lucy, front of house manager, who was attentive from first to last, and ensured my stay was very memorable. I will return!

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and can confidently give it a full 5-star review. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Luby and Jayiyn for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and always made sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their warm attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The hotel itself is excellent — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities are top quality, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. Every detail is well thought out, making it absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience with amazing staff. I will definitely come back again.

The people at Sweet Olive Inn were very nice and extremely helpful. My room was small, but clean and quiet. I had trouble getting to Faxi Temple and Shou Chen Wu went out of her way to help arrange a taxi for me. The restaurants near the hotel were convenient, and the people at one in particular helped me choose dishes for my vegetarian diet. There were only two issues that I had during my stay: 1. It was difficult to find the hotel at first because it's located up hill in an alleyway with some other hotels and restaurants. When I put in the local address listed on travel.com the Didi driver took me to a different hotel 4 km away. I ended up taking another taxi to get there. It was still a little confusing to know where to go, but someone from the hotel came and got me. 1. The mattress on the bed was very hard. It actually hurt my body to lay on it. I would recommend adding a topper to help make it a little more comfortable. Other than these two issues, my stay here was excellent.

En general, mi experiencia en el hotel Xiangxiang Xiangxiang fue muy satisfactoria. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y de cómodo transporte. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con un estilo de decoración elegante y un fuerte ambiente erudito. El personal de servicio es cálido y atento, y responde sus preguntas con paciencia y meticulosidad. En cuanto al catering, los platos tienen un sabor auténtico y los ingredientes son frescos. En particular, la biblioteca del hotel tiene un ambiente tranquilo, lo que permite a la gente relajarse y leer. En general, Scholars Hotel es un hotel de alta calidad que combina comodidad, conveniencia y atmósfera cultural y vale la pena recomendarlo.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con una estación de metro justo debajo. No está lejos del muelle de Wulinmen, el puente Longxiang, la Torre del Tambor y el Parque Hupao, por lo que es muy conveniente para ir en autobús o metro. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal de limpieza la limpiaba a fondo todos los días. Sabiendo que bebo mucha agua, siempre me dejaban más botellas en la habitación. También había muchos avisos útiles, como instrucciones para conectarse al Wi-Fi, cómo usar el desagüe y qué artículos se podían pedir prestados, lo cual fue muy útil. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones y estaba delicioso. A veces, si cogía demasiada comida y no me la terminaba, podía pedir una fiambrera en la recepción de la entrada para llevar, lo cual me pareció genial para no desperdiciar comida. El único pequeño inconveniente fue que la recepción no fue lo suficientemente clara al hacer el check-in. Solo me enteré de que mi habitación había sido mejorada cuando extendí mi estancia, pero no sabía cuál de mis dos habitaciones había sido mejorada. Tampoco me dijeron qué habitación incluía el desayuno, ni a qué hora o en qué piso se servía. Tuve que averiguarlo todo yo mismo leyendo las pequeñas tarjetas informativas.

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, quiet, staff is great and very helpful. However, I need to write a review that will help other foreigners that want to stay here. This hotel is in the middle of a village and very far away from the city!!!! If you want to go out, eat foreign food or have easy access to places, do not stay here! This place is only convenient if you want to see the attractions around the village, and you want a quiet and peaceful vacation far away from the city. It is almost impossible to get to the city center, just getting out of the village took us around 45 minutes each time. It is possible to walk, but note that it’s more than 4km to West Lake, so it’s not very convenient. There is also traffic control at certain times, so car hailing is not even possible. You would have to walk/take a bus/find a random taxi. There aren’t enough foreign friendly food options around, but Meituan works, it will take them more than an hour to deliver, but they will. I can’t imagine any foreigner that doesn’t already live in China managing to arrange all of those things on their own. Note that there are no pharmacies in the village, so you would have to order any medicine if needed. That being said, we embraced the quiet and tranquil vacation, even though it wasn’t planned that way (I booked this hotel because it was advertised on Trip to be 1km walk from West Lake). I have to say that the staff was extremely helpful and nice, even though I imagine it was difficult handling two demanding foreigners 😅 all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, slow paced, village vacation. And they have two very cute bunnies 😍

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! Gracias al chico guapo de la recepción, Xiaokuan, por ayudarnos a devolver la muñeca perdida. ¡Fue muy atento!
