La ubicación es fantástica, no está lejos de Longjing Village, Jiuxi y el Parque Hupao. ¡Hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta, lo cual es súper conveniente! Lo más importante es que el dueño y el personal son muy amables. El administrador del hotel siempre responde instantáneamente a nuestros mensajes de WeChat y nos ayuda a subir y bajar las maletas, ¡son muy confiables! 🥰 También nos ayudaron a planificar cuidadosamente nuestra ruta de dos días, ¡fue perfecto! 🤩 Originalmente reservamos por un día, pero como la experiencia fue muy buena, reservamos una noche más. El desayuno también fue muy elaborado, abundante y nutritivo 👍. El diseño del patio muestra que le pusieron mucho esfuerzo ❤️. ¡Es perfecto para tomar fotos y videos, con esa sensación de jardín de Jiangnan! ¡La próxima vez que venga, me quedaré aquí de nuevo! 😊😊😊

El hotel es muy relajante y tranquilo, la comida es deliciosa, el desayuno es excepcional y el spa (suna, vapor, jacuzzi) es un placer absoluto después de una ronda de golf. En cuanto al campo de golf, ¡está en medio de una plantación de té, es increíble! El hotel y el golf no se han visto muy problemáticos, y una mención especial se dirige a Lucy, el director de casa, que fue muy atento desde el principio hasta el final, y se ha asegurado que mi estancia era muy memorable.

¡Recomiendo ampliamente el Crystal Orange Hotel West Lake Hangzhou! Su ubicación es inmejorable, a solo diez minutos a pie de Orioles Singing in the Willows. El impresionante paisaje del Lago Oeste está justo al salir de la habitación, y los alrededores también son muy convenientes para comer y hacer compras. La habitación estaba decorada con buen gusto, y las elegantes cortinas y el proyector de televisión fueron muy prácticos y considerados. La ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y dormí increíblemente bien. La limpieza fue meticulosa y el hotel estaba impecablemente limpio a diario. El servicio de recepción fue amable y atento, el proceso de registro fue rápido y me ofrecieron excelentes recomendaciones de actividades. ¡Tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio y sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Hangzhou!

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

Cuando pedí una almohada de trigo sarraceno, el personal respondió rápidamente, llevándola a mi habitación en solo cinco minutos. Durante mi estancia, cualquier problema que tuve, lo resolvieron con prontitud y paciencia. Este servicio de mayordomo me hizo sentir muy a gusto. Una vez, derramé una taza sin querer y, tras llamar a atención al cliente, el personal vino rápidamente a limpiarla y me preguntó amablemente si necesitaba alguna otra, sin una sola queja ni impaciencia. Esta meticulosa atención me hizo sentir el respeto y la consideración del hotel por cada huésped. Además, el hotel ofrece numerosos servicios de valor añadido, como refrigerios nocturnos gratuitos, consigna de equipaje y servicio de taxi, lo que hace que la estancia sea más cómoda y práctica. Me alojé en una habitación con cama king size, lo que me permitió dormir profundamente toda la noche. El baño contaba con una zona separada para ducha y secado, presión de agua fuerte y estable, y suministro rápido de agua caliente. Los artículos de aseo eran de alta calidad, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. La habitación también estaba equipada con comodidades completas, como wifi gratuito, televisor LCD y aire acondicionado, que satisficieron todas mis necesidades durante mi estancia. Además, había libros en la habitación, lo que me permitió preparar una tetera y leer tranquilamente, aliviando al instante el cansancio del viaje. El desayuno del hotel ofrecía una selección rica y variada, que incluía especialidades locales y platos occidentales, para todos los gustos. Desde congee y guarniciones hasta fideos y wontons, pan y ensaladas, leche y café, la variedad era deslumbrante. Los ingredientes del desayuno eran frescos, meticulosamente preparados y deliciosos. Los wontons de sopa de pollo y los panqueques de cebolleta, en particular, eran auténticos, lo que me permitió saborear la auténtica cocina de Hangzhou. Durante la comida, el personal me preguntó con prontitud cuáles eran mis preferencias, me rellenó el vaso de agua rápidamente y recogió la mesa, haciéndome sentir muy bienvenido. No solo cubrió mis necesidades básicas de alojamiento, sino que también me hizo sentir la calidez y la comodidad cultural de mi hogar durante mi viaje.

La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la estación de metro. Se puede ir andando al Lago del Oeste y a la calle de los aperitivos, y también hay muchos centros comerciales alrededor. Cada vez que vengo a Hangzhou, este es mi hotel de referencia, ya ni considero otros. El servicio es excelente; como nos quedamos un poco más, incluso nos ofrecieron una mejora a una habitación más grande. Las instalaciones están completas y lo raro es que tienen dos camas de 1,40 metros. El desayuno es abundante, me encantó el fideos mezclados con aceite de cebolleta, y también tienen zumos naturales. El restaurante Tianxianglou de abajo también es delicioso. Muy satisfecho con todo, ¡altamente recomendado!

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, quiet, staff is great and very helpful. However, I need to write a review that will help other foreigners that want to stay here. This hotel is in the middle of a village and very far away from the city!!!! If you want to go out, eat foreign food or have easy access to places, do not stay here! This place is only convenient if you want to see the attractions around the village, and you want a quiet and peaceful vacation far away from the city. It is almost impossible to get to the city center, just getting out of the village took us around 45 minutes each time. It is possible to walk, but note that it’s more than 4km to West Lake, so it’s not very convenient. There is also traffic control at certain times, so car hailing is not even possible. You would have to walk/take a bus/find a random taxi. There aren’t enough foreign friendly food options around, but Meituan works, it will take them more than an hour to deliver, but they will. I can’t imagine any foreigner that doesn’t already live in China managing to arrange all of those things on their own. Note that there are no pharmacies in the village, so you would have to order any medicine if needed. That being said, we embraced the quiet and tranquil vacation, even though it wasn’t planned that way (I booked this hotel because it was advertised on Trip to be 1km walk from West Lake). I have to say that the staff was extremely helpful and nice, even though I imagine it was difficult handling two demanding foreigners 😅 all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, slow paced, village vacation. And they have two very cute bunnies 😍

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Ha pasado un tiempo desde que me registré, así que aún no he comentado. Un hotel con una excelente ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes al lado (New White Deer, BBQ, estofado de cordero local) y está a solo 100 metros del supermercado Lianhua y del mercado nocturno de Wulin. KEVIN, Xiao Yang en la recepción, actualizó el tipo de habitación básica a una habitación con vista a la montaña, que era perfecta para admirar la Torre Baoshu, especialmente la vista nocturna. La habitación es bastante satisfactoria, pero debo decir que el hardware es antiguo y hay una sensación de vejez. Pero el servicio de software es realmente bueno👍
