Beyond my expectations! Really liked the hospitality from the all of the staff during my stay. We were assisted all the way from the lobby, through the check-in process, all the way to our room’s front door (with the help of a translator app). Everyone was just extra friendly during our stay, and after check-out we also received directions to a very delicious meal near the hotel!
The room was great—zero complaints at all. Loved the separate toilet room and the shower, the amenities were great, the room was very clean too—all at an affordable price point compared to foreign hotel chains. P.S. the cookies at the lobby was *chef’s kiss*

This hotel is absolutely amazing,in fact better than any big brand name I have stayed in!From the moment I arrived I experienced amazing customer service.First greeted by the doorman, then the super fast and kind reception staff and the concierge who handed me a bottle of warmed water and showed me to my room. The room itself was of a good size, the bed was extremely warm and comfortable, the closet had a lot of room for my clothes and the AC was easy to adjust. The tea and coffee had many choices. The TV had many Western channels as well as free movies. My room came with a bathtub so I used that instead of the shower. Every review I have read mentioned the Dyson hairdrier and yes it was there. The location of this hotel is amazing,around 15 minutes walk from the West Lake, on the same street as a very big mall complex which has many restaurants and there are also many stores around to buy snacks. When I return to Hangzhou I definitely will stay here again.

The receptionist, Mr Xun Kun, was very friendly and helpful to us. We even got a free upgrade to a bigger room at a higher level. The view from the restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

One of my best stays in Hangzhou, I really loved the location of the hotel, it was pretty convenient to move around the city because everything was close by. The service was great and the environment was very clean. During breakfast I was able to see the lovely view of the west lake from the hotel, this was enjoyable. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again whenever I come back to hangzhou.

Cozy and clean rooms in this new hotel, good location with West Lake and in77 within 10 minutes walk. A lot of food options within proximity. Breakfast spread was pretty good for the price. Hotel lobby provides unlimited supply of bottled water for guests, which is warmed during winter.

Brand new hotel. Rooms are modern and very clean. Even has an automatic toilet. Buffet breakfast is nice with a good Chinese and western spread. Staff provides excellent service.

Surprised to see the hotel immaculately renovated despite being a refurbished hotel.
Breakfast was splendid and decor and service was up to standard.

The location and service are excellent, and the place is well-maintained with a pleasant breakfast spread. However, the air conditioning is fixed at 28 to 29 degrees Celsius, emitting warm air, and it cannot be adjusted. Despite partially opening the window, it doesn't effectively address the need for colder air, which may be bothersome for those who prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Despite this air conditioning issue, it's still a worthwhile place to consider overall.
