I recently stayed at Yunzhongjin Hangzhou Resort with my families, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The resort itself is beautifully designed, seamlessly blending into the surrounding landscape and offering a sense of tranquility that immediately helps you unwind. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Liu 管家. From the moment we arrived, Liu was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. Every detail was handled with care—whether it was anticipating our needs, offering helpful recommendations, or ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable throughout. His warm demeanor and genuine dedication made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. It’s rare to encounter service that is both impeccable and heartfelt, and Liu 管家 exemplifies this perfectly. Thanks to him, our stay felt personalized and memorable. I would highly recommend Yunzhongjin Hangzhou Resort to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with top-tier service, and I especially hope future guests have the pleasure of being assisted by Liu 管家.

¡Madre mía! Es casi un evento anual, y nos vamos otra vez (el año pasado a la zona de VOCO), ¡este año un poco más al sur! La experiencia en general fue genial, ¡así que usaré mis ”tres criterios” para evaluarla! Primero, el ”ambiente”: realmente se sentía como un hotel resort, con comodidades para familias, un ambiente relajante y las características operativas de un hotel completo (incluyendo pequeños paquetes turísticos), ¡incluso el ”fragancia” en el vestíbulo, jaja! Segundo, la ”atención”, especialmente la ”respuesta de servicio” atenta y meticulosa del servicio al cliente ”Zhou Zhou” (Qi Qi), ¡me sentí como en casa! Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado en China. El personal es muy amable y acogedor. Las aguas termales son increíbles. El territorio es limpio y hermoso. Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

El hotel es precioso, limpio y muy bien cuidado. El personal es súper profesional, servicial y atento. Vinimos a pasar una noche en invierno y mi marido disfrutó de las aguas termales. La piscina exterior es espectacular, y estoy segura de que en verano es perfecta, aunque no hace calor, así que no pudimos disfrutarla en invierno. El desayuno es abundante y se puede elegir entre platos occidentales o chinos. La única desventaja es que el hotel está en medio de la nada, sin tiendas ni supermercados cerca. Solo hay un restaurante que ofrece comida a domicilio, así que tenlo en cuenta. El resto es perfecto.

El hotel es enorme, ocupa una gran zona de parque de atracciones, y las habitaciones también son muy espaciosas. Gracias a la recepcionista, Xiao Guo, por mejorar mi habitación; quedé muy satisfecha con mi estancia. El desayuno también estuvo bastante bien. Los parques de atracciones y las aguas termales de los alrededores son excelentes, y el servicio fue impecable. We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

En las esquinas había polvo e insectos muertos. ¡Que las habitaciones sean grandes no significa que no se puedan limpiar a fondo! En segundo lugar, ¡la decoración interior de la habitación es totalmente inapropiada! ¡Incluso podría arañarte la piel! La esquina de la pared en la Figura 1 es dura y afilada. Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.
