Merchant Marco Grand Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We stayed for two nights, and I especially want to thank Jeff and the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant one. Jeff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and was always happy to guide us whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The team even surprised us with complimentary breakfast, which was such a delightful touch! The breakfast had a nice selection, and I particularly enjoyed the bread. The hotel also has a well-maintained gym, which was a nice bonus. What I really loved about this hotel was how peaceful and uncrowded it was. It never felt overcrowded or chaotic, and the whole place was very clean, well-kept and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. My whole family really enjoyed the stay and came away feeling well-rested. The only downside is that the hotel is slightly further away from the main attractions in the city centre. However, given that their other property closer to the attractions is currently under renovation, I think they have done a great job making up for the distance by providing complimentary transport to the city centre and Xihu (West Lake). This was extremely convenient for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. Thank you again to Jeff and the whole team for taking such good care of us. My entire family loved the stay and we would be very happy to come back again! ❤️

The hotel locations is bit far from city centre but they provide free shuttle bus to 西湖，lunch and free beer and snack in the evening during the World Cup seasons. The staffs (王辉群 and 胡先生）were friendly and helpful during our stay at the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely stay and lovely staff. Wide breakfast spread and comfortable beds.

WW statin gb there for a night as transit, booked this hotel as i have been a Marco Polo customer for long time. It is amazing and great value for money,

The room we had was on the 18th floor with an amazing view. The room itself was spacious with discreet privacy for the restroom if needed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful even though we did not speak Chinese. We highly recommend staying here! Shen helped us thoroughly and a lot!

Great place.

The hotel staff is super friendly and helped me with all my Taobao stuff too! It's clean and provide shuttle bus to tourist attractions places. A lot of the facilities are well kept and pretty new. Will definitely come back here again!
