El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. ¡La señora de recepción y la señora de gestión nos trajeron herramientas para ayudarnos a reparar mi silla de ruedas cuando el soporte de la pierna se cayó! (Es muy coquetada calles, así que espera un bumpy ride si estás en una silla de ruedas!) Las habitaciones fueron limpias y espaciosas, con una caminata en la ducha y una cocina pequeña. El hotel está situado en el centro de la antigua ciudad, abundante bars y restaurantes y a través de la plaza desde los caballos de carreras de carreras.

Great little room 100m from the main square on the Main Street, perfect location for everything, very clean, beds were comfy. Even though there isn’t a reception in the hotel you just call or message the number and they help straight away. I’d stay again. Just be aware no lift if you are not good with stairs

Stayed here for a weekend whilst visiting Krakow. Easy to get to with a quick taxi from the airport and in and out of the city. There were buses running past regulary. Room was lovely and spacious and cleaned. Free bottles of water and you could refill in the lobby with fresh cold water for the day. We even had a birthday gift for my partner whose birthday it was on arrival. We didn't eat at the hotel but enjoyed a drink at the bar one evening. Staff across the hotel were helpful and friendly at all times. Only downside is we couldn't use the pool as it was over run with families even late into the evening.

Bien situado entre Kazimiers y el casco antiguo, aunque está en una calle un poco abandonada, que al principio da un poco de respeto, pero no tuve ningún problema de seguridad. Personal atento y eficiente, tanto en recepción como por mail previamente. Habitación doble pequeña, efectivamente pequeña, pero suficiente. Todo limpio. Buen colchón y aislamiento acústico. En definitiva, una buena estancia

El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Las habitaciones son de tamaño justo con secador de pelo, té, instalaciones de café, grandes duchas, etc. Eso es muy neve y muy frío en nuestra visita, pero el hotel era caliente. La habitación era muy oscura, pero no estaba en ella. El desayuno está servido en el sótano y está bien, pero nada que escribir en casa. Todo se siente bastante convulsado. El personal fue agradable. Si usted está buscando un hotel de presupuesto y quiere estar fuera la mayoría de la vez esto está bien. Hay un muy agradable café vinculado a otro hotel en la esquina que hace un buen desayuno caliente como una alternativa al desayuno del hotel .

10-15 En minutos a la estación de autobús, la estación de tren, pero no hay agua caliente en la habitación del hotel, quiero beber agua caliente, quiero ir al restaurante de abajo para limpiar. No hay toallas, ni toallas, ni siquiera la capacidad de carga USB, pero el precio es igual, pero hay que elegir que permanecer cerca de la estación de tren. No hay restaurantes cercanos, sólo la tienda de café se encuentra a las 9:30 p.m. .

El lugar maravilloso con personal tan amable y útil en todas las situaciones la habitación que tenemos fue muy agradable y cómodo jaezka y ustijna y Evelyn son muy agradables son muy buenos para información alrededor de Krakow y hablan inglés muy bien el localización es hermosa y rodeada de vida y muchos árboles y 2 minutos a pie a las tiendas y el parque alrededor de 20 minutos por autobús al centro de la ciudad que cuestan alrededor 4.5zl o puedes pedir un taxi bolt usando aplicación alrededor de 12 a 15zl realmente nos disfrutamos aquí gracias chicos seguramente estarán de vuelta y también tienen cocina que puedes usar y el lugar es muy limpio reservamos 3 hoteles en Cracovia y fue a cada uno y decidió cancelar porque no nos gustaba encontrar este lugar un gran lugar y precios grandes También hay restaurantes cerca

Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty. Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm. But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point. Hope can be improved next time :)

The first night we stayed here, we were in room 2. All seemed OK on initial inspections. The staff seemed pleasant. We went to make ourselves a drink and freshen up. We'd been up since 3am for an early flight. There's a kettle (that's corded, so you have to unplug it every time to fill it up, so take water to it, and a coffee machine. Neither of the appliances worked. We pulled the big table theyre on, out the way to find they weren't plugged in. Not a big deal, right? Well, the electric socket was hanging out of the wall. We plugged the units in, very carefully and made a coffee. Coffee made, went to put some milk in it, no milk. We left the tea and coffee as we both have milk. The air conditioning in the room was set to 24°c and we searched everywhere for a day to adjust it. We ended up going to reception and asking. They keep the remotes to the air con. You cannot adjust it yourself from the room! We borrowed a remote and turned the air con down. We left the room for our day out thinking all was well. On returning later that day, we realised the air conditioning was off. We questioned it with reception the next day (reception is left unattended from 6pm onwards so if you have any issues, all there is is an emergency phone number) and was told the air conditioning has been turned off in all rooms now because the heating was on. To advertise the room as ”Air conditioning AND heating”.....it seems its air conditioning (the you can't control) OR heating. The room must have been 20°c + all night. We thought we'd have a cold shower, to try and bring our temperature down before bed. My wife had her shower, walked across the bedroom floor bare foot and got a small shard of glass stuck in her foot! I went for a shower, turned the shower up full pressure, and apparently this activates a neat feature that forces the shower head out of its holder and smashes you straight in the head. The smell from the bathroom in room 2 was also, terrible. Not quite sure what it was. The toilet was cracked in room 2, but didn't affect use. The shower trap was cracked and loose, not fun if you step on it! We couldn't open the windows because the room faces onto a very busy street. Lots of bars, lots of people, lots of traffic. We were woken up at 11pm, 12am, and 12:30am by noises, car alarms from outside and the heat. Guests coming back late, also seemed to come in and congregate in the hallways to talk. I think if reception were manned, they could remind staff that to be a bit more respectful for others staying. Needless to say, the next morning, we asked to move rooms. Next day we were asked to check out room 9. This is on the second floor. Little bit higher away from the street. The bathroom didn't smell, but that was set to change. The room seemed a big improvement. It was already a lot cooler (although the air con didn't work). Knowing that it probably wasn't going to work, we left the windows open all day while we were out to keep the room cool. On return

La habitación era muy confortable, la habitación era muy confortable y la habitación estaba muy bien equipada. La única cosa que no me gustaba de este albergue fue el desayuno, demasiado caro para la hamburguesa de baja calidad, huevos (caídos), pan tostado. Aconsejaría a ppl que sólo encuentre y coma en algún lugar de desayuno (hay mucho!) cerca donde usted pagaría la misma cantidad pero conseguir una manera mejor de comer. Oh y yo también espero que el albergue organiza actividades para viajeros solos, que sería genial si los huéspedes tienen la oportunidad de socializarse entre sí.

Wow what can I say about this hotel, the rooms are amazing loved the view from mine, very clean and spacious. There is a little shop just on the ground floor! But the really stand out part of this hotel are the staff every day when I would come and go they would all say hello and have big smiles , even one day had a tour booked ( nothing to do with the hotel) but there was an issue with the tour company and they staff helped me and ended up getting the tour company to get it sorted .

Apartamento hermoso, limpio y todo lo que necesita para una agradable estancia en Cracovia. La botella complementaria de vino era hermosa. Muy grande ubicación, a 5 minutos de la plaza. Nuestra habitación tenía balcón. La cama redonda era enorme y muy cómoda. Anna en la recepción fue hermosa y muy útil. No puedo esperar para quedarme aquí otra vez. 10/10!

El desayuno es muy europeo y también es una comida europea muy común. Básicamente es suficiente para una ingesta equilibrada de alimentos. Desde la estación a la izquierda, son menos de 3-5 minutos para ver este hotel. La dirección correcta del hotel es muy conveniente para el pintoresco lugar de la ciudad vieja. El hotel es incómodo en la década de 1918, muy histórico.

It’s a simple hotel located on the edge of town but only 15 mins from the airport by car. I stayed here 3 years ago but it has changed ownership since. Helpful staff but initially they couldn’t find my booking causing some stress and confusion. Good restaurant but no alcohol served as they are waiting for a new licence! Free parking in front. Some shops nearby but limited restaurant options.

Yo estaba en el hotel un fin de semana y la ubicación es perfecta. Está en el mercado de Cracovia en unos minutos. A partir de la estación de tren se encuentran alrededor de 10 minutos a pie. Encontrará varios restaurantes y bares justo delante del hotel. El cuarto, 205, estaba bien decorado. El baño parecía relativamente nuevo y la cama estaba cómoda. El desayuno era suficiente para el pequeño hotel y el personal muy amable. Gracias por la estancia maravillosa!

Me gusta la ubicación, a sólo 15 minutos de la antigua ciudad, y cerca del mercado local. Las habitaciones son limpias y nuevas, con cocina sencilla hace que la estancia sea más fácil, el personal es muy amable, el edificio está cerca del edificio de la residencia estudiante del mismo operador, y es muy tranquilo. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y las atracciones están muy cerca. Pasamos en coche y no sabíamos mucho sobre la estación de tren. Hay un estacionamiento cerca, por lo que no es necesario que se estacione al costado de la carretera. La tarifa máxima de estacionamiento por día es de 40 yuanes (rupia polaca). El hotel es un edificio antiguo y no se ha instalado ningún ascensor. Pedimos una cocina, al más alto nivel, una noche reservada esa tarde, 300 yuanes, rentable. Es una suite de un dormitorio, pero no hay puerta en el medio. El salón es más grande con balcón, lavadora y baño más grande.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and in all respects better than we expected. The Wi-Fi was good, the place was quiet and very restful. It is very well situated being a short walk to the centre of the old town, and an even shorter one to the nearest tram stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being at all intrusive. In fact every Polish person we interacted with was unfailingly polite and helpful, beautiful people to match a beautiful country. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody at all. The only caveat would be that we were on the top floor and, for an old, disabled man like myself, 8 flights of stairs were a trial sometimes! However, the apartment went an awful long way to compensate for that.

Went for 3 days in Feb with my sister, we had rooms on the first floor. Clean and bright with all the usual facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, although i did miss not having bacon. apart from that, there is a good selection and the breakfast room was more than ample with lots of seating. there is a small bar on the other-side of reception which was more than adequate. The hotel is minutes from the main square and all the attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

a circa 20 min a piedi da stare miasto . zona tranquilla a un minuto dalla sinagoga e dal quartiere ebraico . cucina purtroppo sporca , ma le camere e le zone in comune pulitissime . è all'interno di un cortile ,molto grande e silenzioso . prezzi buoni

Mi estancia en Apartamenty Bracka 6 fue una muy agradable ...Mi habitación era limpia y tranquila ...La ubicación del hotel está centralmente situado a pasos de la Plaza de la Principal y todos los restaurantes y principales atracciones ...Agata y su personal fueron excelentes anfitriones y respondió a cualquier pregunta que existía ...I muy recomendar Bracka 6...when en Cracovia otra vez, voy a permanecer en este hotel otra vez ... Gracias Agata y el personal por su hospitalidad!!

Situado cerca del casco antiguo de Cracovia, 10 Estery Street, junto al bar, Jewish Memorial, 252 desde el aeropuerto de Cracovia hasta la estación ICE (25 paradas, unos 28 minutos, 4,6 polacos), 10 minutos a pie. Desayuno en el patio en el primer piso, hay pasteles, leche, tocino, etc. El hotel tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio, camine hasta la Universidad Jagiellon durante unos 25 minutos, hasta el castillo durante diez minutos.

No dejaré ningún comentario negativo, pero la alegría de estas personas está en el nivel, así que probablemente compartiré.Vivimos 4 días en este hotel, en general todo es bueno, buenas habitaciones, una habitación común con PC. Estas personas confundieron algo con el minibar y cuando salí y se apresuró y dije, crearon un gran problema y me pusieron un control de lo que no comí, vino a lo que estaba gritando al gerente, El hotel de la ciudad de San Francisco ha sido un hotel de 2 estrellas con un centro de atención al cliente.

Nos quedamos casi una semana en este hotel, la última del mes de diciembre. Dos habitaciones. En familia. Destacar de este hotel, sobre todo, el personal del mismo, que en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades, mostrando siempre su simpatía y efectividad. Todo fueron facilidades desde el mismo momento mismo de nuestra entrada. Respetaron plenamente nuestras preferencias de habitación. Calidad del sueño muy buena. Buen sistema de cortinas que no permitían entrar luz, con lo que podías descansar bien a primera hora del día. Limpieza de habitaciones muy buena. Desayuno bien. Como aspectos a mejorar, decir que, a pesar de lo que puedan decir algunas agencias, NADIE de su personal habla español. Es una pena, máxime si consideramos que este idioma es el tercero del mundo en importancia por número de personas que lo utilizan y porque Polonia es visitada por numerosos hispanohablantes. En una de las habitaciones la presión del agua era muy pobre, lo que en ocasiones incluso dificultaba tomar una ducha. Las puertas de los baños son translúcidas por lo que en caso de que alguien fuera al baño, podía despertar a la otra/s persona/s. Recomendamos que el hotel mejore estos tres aspectos. Por lo demás es perfecto.
