位置適中，走到老城和河邊都不遠，打車也好打
房間衞生良好，🈶️浴缸
風格古典奢華，大廳坐着也很舒服
工作人員服務態度親切
唯一略不完美：房間和浴室其實都有點小

Cudowny hotel! Bardzo luksusowe i klimatyczne wnetrza. Czulam sie jak krolowa. Przemila obsluga, zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Nie moge sie doczekac powrotu:)

Hotel coqueto , acogedor , familiar donde el servicio es amable , las habitaciones muy bonitas , la cama muy cómoda , y si encima tu habitación tiene balcón es lo más . Con el tema del COVID hay que avisar para que te arreglen la habitación. El bar y los cócteles es lo más . Buena atmósfera y muy simpáticos tanto el barman como el camarero .. La música un 10. La cama es tan cómoda que no tengo palabras para definirlo . Muy buena ubicación

No te quedes aquí. Reservamos por 4 noches y hemos estado aquí una noche. Esperando a ver si Easyjet nos traslada a otro hotel. Sitio de construcción justo afuera del hotel y sitio de construcción al otro lado del camino. Tráfico pesado arriba y abajo toda la noche pitando bocinas. Y las sirenas de la policía o de las ambulancias a todo volumen. Desayuno terrible. Toda la comida polaca. No atienda a viajeros del Reino Unido. Todo lo que teníamos era un tazón de copos de maíz. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Y también el personal más antipático e inútil. Gente muy agria.

Nos alojamos por 4 noches y planeábamos regresar en noviembre para una ocasión muy especial. Cuando nos registramos, se solicitaron 1000 zloty de mi tarjeta. No hubo problema y nos dijeron que lo que no gastáramos durante nuestra estadía se devolvería a mi tarjeta. Ahora estamos en mayo y 7 días hábiles después no me han devuelto nada. El hotel no está interesado y me dice que me ponga en contacto con mi banco. Es una pena tratar a los huéspedes de esta manera y por esta razón no volveríamos. Extremadamente decepcionado porque ese no es su dinero para mantener

This is a truly luxurious hotel with huge rooms, comfortable beds, fabulous art work on the walls and outstanding staff. This is the nicest hotel room I have ever had in Europe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathtub is large in the very fancy bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good. The bar in the basement is really beautiful and they have a decent wine list. I enjoyed staying here very much. This is everything a five star resort should be

The Bachleda is truely an amazing and special 5 star hotel. Our four night stay was perfect in every way. Every member of team Bachleda provided an exceptional service. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was fabulous. Everything about Bacleda was high quality. Our room was gorgeous with lovely linen, towels, fixtures/fittings and furniture. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow menu. Thank you Bachleda for making our stay so wonderful.

Simply out of this world, from arrival to departure. We stayed here before Christmas to celebrate my wife's birthday having just celebrated my 70th 10 days earlier. Fantastic location and Krakow in December with the Christmas Market within walking distance as are many well priced restaurants was just simply a delight. The reception staff were so helpful and gave me a booklet to do a number of self guided tours around the various districts of Krakow, including the old Ghetto and Schindler's workshop. Fascinating, humbling and yet horrific memories. But onto nicer things : The downstairs pool is a wonderful experience as is breakfast every morning. I cannot think of any reason not to recommend this boutique hotel jewel as the hotel of choice for staying in Krakow. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful and memorable experience.

A sensational hotel, deservedly claiming to be 5 star. The building itself is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are all most welcoming and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent fine dining and the bar in the basement is extremely atmospheric. We will definitely return later in the year - so much left to see and do in Krakow.
