We stayed for 1 night as this is the most nearest hotel to the airport. They provide free shuttle between hotel and the airport. The staff were great and friendly. We had our dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing! Dont bother finding other nearby restaurant, just try their restaurant. The breakfast was okay, not so bad, as there were few options for you to choose. Overall, im happy with their service and will stay there again. Thanks for the great hospitality.

This hotel is very conveniently placed near the airport, with a free shuttle. Room is clean and tidy, staff are very nice and polite. Only bad point is that the food is not very good, I think all products are frozen and not fresh. But breakfast is quite nice with lot of choice. I would recommend if you need hotel before / after your flight

The staff (from front desk to the waiter), they are all polite and always at hand when you need assistance. Hotel driver is almost immediately available if you want to be sent anywhere nearby. Food at the restaurant was alright, if you're not fussy. It was a relaxing break. You can book for a massage in the comfort of your room.

一般般，前台工作人員很熱情，離機場很近，就是welcome juice有點難喝（吧枱的飲料要改善一下。我們臨時住一晚 ，第二天凌晨飛）

This is a perfect place to stay for travelers waiting for their flight. The prices are affordable, the service is attentive, and the restaurant's dishes are varied and delicious. I am satisfied with the service. I stayed with friend's name reservation. Excellent, friendly, smiley also polite. They allow us to change the room to the nice one and even upgraded our room to the mext level. Nonetheless, I appreciate the problem solving. Gym, spa and swimming pool are part of the unique selling point. Nice relaxing ambience, closed to the airport. I would love to get what I want

I was staying in Swiss-Belcourt Lombok because I need to find the hotel nearby the airport. The room was comfortable, swimming pool and gym. I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel. Very good service and good hospitality. Well rcommended

The hotel ia fantastic similiar litle bit as shown in the pictures. Roomand bathroom are clean, bed comfortable they changed the towel everyday. I ordered spa for the last minite and it's availabe. The staff was amazing. Thanks for everything

Nothing was too much trouble when I stayed in Lombok. The staff went their way to help our needs and they made us feel very welcome. My room located near the swimming pool with free gym. The breakfast was fine and it was good value for money.
