Bueno por el precio y un buffet increíble. Sin embargo, la habitación sin aire acondicionado y algunas instalaciones podrían mejorar. Pero la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

El hotel cuenta con una seguridad muy estricta, lo que me brindó una gran sensación de tranquilidad. El personal fue muy atento y servicial. Mi habitación era decente y estaba bastante limpia, y la cama era cómoda. Lamentablemente, no había enchufes para cargar mis dispositivos cerca de la cama. Sin embargo, la azotea ofrecía unas vistas estupendas de la ciudad.

The hotel was modern and well-designed. The room was clean and very comfortable, with fresh, crisp bed linen. The location was very convenient, in a quiet and peaceful area. Overall, the stay was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were also distinctive and friendly.

Great hotel in a great location! The check in process was smooth, the friendly staff fully engaged at the point of service. The two story hotel foyer was wonderfully furnished for an immediate photo shoot! The room was very clean and very spacious! I asked for one at height with a view! Hotel facilities boast: - fitness room (free for guests) - beauty parlour - two restaurants, although only one was open during my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! - rooftop swimming pool,also closed during my stay -a great club bar! There was even a guest laundry room with washing machine and drying area (free for guests) Location is everything and this hotel is just a few minutes walk from a range of other local venues and restaurants, although who wants to stay too local in Naitobi, the city that Hever sleeps?

The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Check-in was easy. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. There were no mosquitoes around. The restaurant was great the food varied and ample. We really enjoyed our stay and will be going back.

The hotel is well situated not so far from the CBD , the breakfast is good but the room is not well maintained. The shower head was broken and keep falling every time we needed to shower, the entire building has no AC, luckily we went during the cold season so it was ok but imagine hot season with no AC in the rooms.
