It has been a great 5 days and 4 nights in Lijiang. My stay could not have been more than memorable if not for this place. It was the best ever decision made. First of all, the location is the most important reason as I wanted to stay inside the old town. Just within a few minutes walk, I was already at the main square of the old town and walking distance to both North gate and South gate was also less than 10 minutes walk. There were many food, retail options and convenience stores everywhere. The hotel provided a pick up and transfer service which made it even better as one did not have to carry your own bags to the hotel. The communication was very smooth, prompt and clear. Despite the proximity of the hotel with the main old town square, it is surprisingly a very quiet and peaceful abode. Secondly, the hotel itself is very beautiful with a mixture of modern and traditional design. One can also see a beautiful panoramic view from the second floor. The room has new and high quality furniture. What i also appreciated was the efficiency, room service done promptly and everything was replenished well. The common area where breakfast service is served is spacious and comfortable with plenty of sitting area. There was also an afternoon tea daily served either at your room or at the common lounge area, with a variety of drinks to choose from. You must also try the coffee too! One cup is always not enough as it's that tasty. There is also a room to host Chinese tea drinking if one is keen to experience local pu er tea! Finally, the hospitality is one of the best I've ever experienced in China. The hotel manager, Ms Li is very genuine, friendly, kind, resourceful and hospitable. She is always checking on my welfare and ensuring that my stay is nothing less than comfortable. She is able to provide recommendations and suggestions on what can be done in Lijiang, saving one a lot of time and effort. If you are willing, she could also assist with booking. Together with her team, Xiao Long and Xiao Ping, all of them meticulously took care of me with their best ability. If you want a good relaxing trip, please choose this hotel, you will never regret it! Thank you once again for making my stay in Lijiang a memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back again.

Un hostal con mucho ”calor humano”. El hostal es precioso, la ubicación es inmejorable, al abrir la puerta se ve la montaña nevada, y en 10 minutos a pie se puede tomar el autobús a la zona turística de la Montaña Nevada del Dragón de Jade, lo cual es muy cómodo. Los desayunos se preparan al momento, son deliciosos, y el chico del hostal nos recogió y llevó, y nos ayudó con el equipaje. Cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos, el chico nos la respondía pacientemente, lo que nos ahorró muchos quebraderos de cabeza. Como era nuestra primera vez en la Montaña Nevada del Dragón de Jade, la entrada al parque costaba 100 yuanes. El primer día solo visitamos algunas atracciones, y el segundo día conseguimos boletos para el teleférico principal del Parque Glaciar. Pensábamos que tendríamos que volver a pagar la entrada para entrar de nuevo al parque. Cuando el chico se enteró, nos dijo que al salir del parque podíamos pedir un comprobante para reingresar al día siguiente sin tener que comprar otra entrada, lo que nos ahorró 200 yuanes a los dos (P.D.: la zona turística de la Montaña Nevada del Dragón de Jade debería anunciar esto, de lo contrario, los que van por primera vez no lo saben. No he encontrado información oficial sobre esto). El segundo día, al ir a la montaña, incluso vimos el ”sol dorado en la montaña nevada”, ¡fue un viaje realmente afortunado! Si es tu primera vez en Lijiang, te recomiendo encarecidamente que te alojes en este hostal. Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. Una estancia muy satisfactoria. Esta es ya la tercera vez que me alojo en el hotel. Para empezar, el ambiente es excelente, tranquilo y con un diseño precioso, además de estar impecablemente limpio. El servicio del mayordomo es un plus; desde la comunicación antes del check-in hasta el check-out, todo fue muy atento, como si fuera un amigo. Incluso tomamos té y charlamos, y cualquier problema se resolvía de inmediato. Al estar al lado de la ciudad antigua, es muy cómodo entrar y salir, y el coche puede llegar directamente a la puerta del hotel, así no tienes que arrastrar la maleta por las calles empedradas. En resumen: excelente ubicación, buen ambiente, servicio impecable, ¡muy recomendable!

Best stay in Yunnan, they deserve a 10.0 rating!!! The owner has a very good taste, the rooms and common area are both well designed. Just renovated 2 years ago. None of the corners is not instagrammable. The yulong view is perfect, you can see the view from the room and common area. Never forget to mention about their service. I didn’t get the names of the receptionists (a guy and a lady), both are really friendly and helpful, love their smiles. They provide free rides to shuhe and dayan guzhen

This is a place that only exists in dreams. Snow mountains, huge green grasslands and adorable animals everywhere -the scenery was truly unforgettable. I fell in love with this place the moment I arrived. For people who are always busy and stressed with daily life, I highly recommend staying here. It is the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe and feel peaceful again. The whole environment is calm, quiet and very healing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, very near to Baisha Ancient Town and they even provide free shuttle service. One of my favourite stays in Yunnan and I would love to come back again someday.

The best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Yunnan. We got a free upgrade from the owner, and the benefits that come with the room were aplenty (afternoon tea, great breakfast set, a tea-making session etc). The owner also helps us buy a nice, affordable day tour to Dali, which we enjoyed tremendously. The hotel itself is new and spacious, and our room has the view of a peaceful small river. The surrounding area is serene and quiet, with a handful of quaint cafes, restaurants and bars. It feels like a complete contrast of the other commercial side of Lijiang. Overall, we loved the stay. Will definitely recommend this our friends.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at 望山雪 Hotel. The view from our balcony was absolutely amazing — exactly as shown in the listing photos, if not even better in person. Waking up to that scenery every day was such a highlight of the trip. The room itself was very impressive as well. The features and amenities felt modern, advanced, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay extremely comfortable and convenient. What truly made this stay special, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was sincere, warm, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both beautiful views and heartfelt service.
