We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Urumqi. It was a very pleasant experience, room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was also very nice coming back one evening we asked if we could buy some beers from the closed Cafe, the staff ended up gifting us 3 bottles. Would stay here again. 5/5

酒店真的很新很漂亮！食物種類很多：） 提供雪場接送！ This is the best hotel to go for if you’re looking to have a perfect ski/snowboarding trip around Ürümqi area. Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service was truly impressive — every staff member was very attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile at any time. From the front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance (who promptly fixed a light bulb), everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Special thanks to 蘇熱亞木，吾勒達娜，吾修汗 and a few other who I was unable to get the names for their exceptional service and warm hospitality — they really made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is our first time to Ürümqi and we reached in the early wee hours of the morning. We were taken care of by Ann & her colleague of front desk. We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received. The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better. We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home. The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location. Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold. We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

Orange hotel hongshan branch is the perfect choice hotel for visiting Urumqi. The hotel location is excellent, easy access with Didi from the Urumqi railway station, Didi to international grand bazaar is 18 Yuan, Didi to the museum is 11 Yuan. The hotel is located across from the China Southern airlines hotel where all the tours are for tianshan tianchee meeting point. The hotel is clean and new. Room size is fine, breakfast buffet is good, smart toilet, ai assistant, robot food delivery. Very good value ratio. I highly recommend booking this Hotel. When I checked into the hotel, I received excellent service from Miss 肖秋菊, she helped to make reservation for the museum, she recommended for a tour to tianshan tianchee, as it was a fantastic tour with beautiful scenery, she assisted for direction to the international grand bazaar. She is the best front desk staff I have encountered. Her sincere kindness and warm assistance added special memories to this year's China trip.
