«The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. El desayuno está bien, aunque me pareció un poco extraño tener que recoger un cupón para el desayuno del segundo día en lugar de recibirlos ambos al registrarme. «The hotel is fairly well located due to ease of access to mei mei shopping mall (1 & 2) and museum. But, that's about it. Service level seems still work in progress. We stayed for 4 nights and were perplexed that our room key card did not work when we returned for the first and second night. When we went to the counter to sort out our card access issue the second night, we were then informed by the staff that the card require daily access update at the counter. This was not informed to us during check in and no hotel we've stayed at before function this way. After I've feedback to the staff, they process the card to function and work till I check out 2 days later. (Not sure why they did not set it to work for my entire stay duration in the first place like all other hotels) The daily clearing is not up to standard - the room were still dusty and hair in the bath tub was still present. The tour company recommended by the hotel (we book a day trip to tian chi) was of low quality and the tour guide will push you to purchase more tour experience unrelated to tian chi- please beware.»

«La habitación era limpia, tranquila y espaciosa. Me preguntaba por una habitación no fumadora y aunque en mi habitación había una cesta de ceniza, no huelo fumar en mi habitación ni en el piso, excepto una noche, cuando alguien cercano fumaba. La cama era mediana firme, y aunque prefiero camas más suaves, no tuve problemas para dormir en ella. La consola de aire acondicionado estaba mal funcionando, pude hacer una reglamentación básica, pero desactivarla a veces requería sacar la tarjeta de la ranura. También creo que podría haber tenido un pequeño choque eléctrico desde el río donde estaban las luces en la cama.»
