«The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. «El hotel está muy bien situado debido a la facilidad de acceso al centro comercial de mayo (1 & 2) y al museo. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Cuando fuimos al conteo para resolver nuestra cuestión de acceso a la tarjeta la segunda noche, el personal nos informó de que la tarjeta requiere actualización diaria del acceso al conteo. No se nos informó durante el check-in y no hemos estado en ningún hotel antes de funcionar de esta manera. (No estoy seguro de por qué no lo pusieron para trabajar durante toda mi estancia en el primer lugar como todos los demás hoteles) El servicio de limpieza diaria no es normal - la habitación estaba todavía polvo y el pelo en el baño estaba todavía presente. «La habitación está muy limpia, el aislamiento acústico es muy bueno, la cama es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Enfrente del hotel está Wanda Plaza y muy cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad. La actitud del servicio en la recepción fue muy buena. Debido a que mi vuelo estaba retrasado, le dije a la señora de la recepción y ella me extendió el tiempo de forma gratuita. Fue una muy buena experiencia de alojamiento y muy recomendable.»

«The hotel is perfect for tourist it has a very good location with public transports buses and metro just around the corner. It’s walking distant to the international grand bazaar. The hotel room and hallway is well designed and very refreshing. Definitely recommended. One thing to note is the bed has squeezing sound need to fix.»

El desayuno está bien, aunque me pareció un poco extraño tener que recoger un cupón para el desayuno del segundo día en lugar de recibirlos ambos al registrarme. El hotel está a 20-30 minutos a pie de la estación de metro Xiaoxigou, lo que facilita el acceso al aeropuerto; no sé si hay una estación más cercana. En general, una estancia agradable.»

Me preguntaba por una habitación no fumadora y aunque en mi habitación había una cesta de ceniza, no huelo fumar en mi habitación ni en el piso, excepto una noche, cuando alguien cercano fumaba. La cama era mediana firme, y aunque prefiero camas más suaves, no tuve problemas para dormir en ella. La consola de aire acondicionado estaba mal funcionando, pude hacer una reglamentación básica, pero desactivarla a veces requería sacar la tarjeta de la ranura. También creo que podría haber tenido un pequeño choque eléctrico desde el río donde estaban las luces en la cama.»
