Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

El hotel era limpio y espacioso. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. La cama estaba cómoda para dormir. Sin embargo, el mantenimiento de la casa era realmente pobre. Están rompiendo nuestros pijamas y encontré la mina en el piso. Nos presionamos “DND” para el mantenimiento de la casa, pero todavía llegaron en cualquier caso. No había nevera en la habitación. El personal del escritorio del frente en algunos días trató de ser útil pero desagradable y me sentí juzgado por ellos como si tuvieran la “por qué estás haciendo preguntas estúpidas” aspecto. El hotel está rodeado de construcción, pero a pocos pasos de la estación de ferrocarril de alta velocidad. ¿Me quedaré aquí otra vez? Es válido por dinero para el confort, pero espero que mejoren sus estándares de servicio.

The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Grande hotel. Configuración inusual de baño. Excelente desayuno buffet con mucha comida china para elegir. El personal fue muy útil y amable y fácil de comunicar con via wechat para fines de traducción. Elija al museo, un centro comercial y un supermercado.

Amber & Mr. Ma is great asset to the hotel as they are friendly & helpful who offer assistance in our needs. Thank you to both of them. They made our stay in your hotel very pleasantly. There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice.. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station. We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

The hotel is quite nice, the restaurant downstairs is really the best! Situated far away from the train and bus station but I guess everything is in Urumqi! Close to the parks in the center though!
