El hotel tiene un bonito diseño. El servicio fue excelente. El guardia de seguridad vino hasta aquí para recoger mi equipaje, y la camarera de pisos incluso me preparó un baño de leche para los pies por la noche, lo cual fue muy relajante. Está muy cerca de la calle Hotan Second.

My family and I had a very good experience here! Service was very good and the front desk was very accommodating to our requests and questions. The room was very modern and clean. The location of the hotel was spectacular too, only a few minutes from the bazaar and has lots of stores on the ground level. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

El gimnasio es limpio, los equipos son nuevos y completos, las máquinas de correr, los equipos de fuerza son completos, el aire acondicionado es bueno, el ambiente está tranquilo, la experiencia de deporte es excelente y se puede mantener fácilmente los hábitos de deporte durante el viaje. This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Great hotel. Unusual bathroom setup. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of Chinese foods to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with via wechat for translation purposes. Choose to the museum, a shopping mall and supermarket.

There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice.. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station. We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

Este hotel es realmente super, inteligente y acogedor. El entorno de la habitación es cómodo y caliente. La limpieza de la sanidad es también muy limpia. Especialmente, las hermanas de la recepción están muy bien y muy calientes. Se hospeda rápidamente. Y la bienvenida para nosotros es la que nos prepara para entrar en la habitación y ver el calor en nuestro corazón. Super satisfacción abajo es el Festival de la comida. También está muy cerca de la gran Buza. También está muy bien encontrar. El piso de la habitación es alto y el aislamiento de sonido también es muy grande. También hay lavandería y fitness gratis para el uso. La próxima vez que se vaya a vivir, también se recomienda esta casa!
