Excelente
El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones y una decoración de alta calidad. Por el precio, definitivamente vale la pena. El servicio fue excelente y la recepción me mejoró la habitación. Un pequeño detalle destacado fue el baño de pies gratuito, que fue muy relajante después de un día de caminata. Los jugos del minibar también eran gratis. El desayuno fue excelente y la estancia en general fue fantástica.

IIamliuThe room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities provided. I appreciated the laundry service, the small gym, and the good breakfast served each morning. The location was convenient, surrounded by many restaurants and close to CC Mall. Early check-in was also a plus, making my stay more comfortable.However, the front desk staff's attitude really spoiled the experience. When I arrived for check-in, the first thing the front desk guy said was, “There is internet problem,” without even greeting me. I was confused and asked what he meant, but he just repeated the same sentence multiple times, each time raising his voice. It was an unpleasant exchange, and only after a few minutes did he proceed with the check-in and apologize.The next day, when I asked the front desk about transportation to Heavenly Lake (Tianshan Tianchi), the female and male staff looked at me blankly and seemed to have no idea. I had to repeat myself several times, but they still couldn’t provide any information about such a famous tourist spot. One of the female staff was even playing with her phone during the conversation. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first time I’ve encountered staff with such poor knowledge of their own city.Overall, the hotel has good facilities and a convenient location, but the front desk service and staff attitude need serious improvement.

Great hotel, premium room, good amenities, comfortable bed with very good bed linen. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful! The toilet is a smart toilet with a bidet.
Negatives:
Hygiene needs to be reevaluated as the floors were actually very dirty. The shower also has orange mould where clients must stand to shower (the hotel can invest in a high pressure steam cleaner to clean it regularly). While the bed sheets are premium, the duvet is too hot for summer (consider having summer down blankets as an option).

Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain).
the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay.
Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol)
This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here).
Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though).
They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know.
Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style.

All other facilities was good , nothing new nothing amazing.
BUT THE BED WAS SO GOOD. Please book this for the bed. I even contemplated staying for one more night just so I can lie in the bed and do nothing
Also very near a lot of eateries.
I think I will go back to Urumiqi and book this same hotel because the bed was so comfortable

Aunque desde fuera el hotel no presenta una imagen atractiva, la habitación era muy bonita y el vestíbulo, pequeño y sencillo, era muy acogedor y eficiente. Sin embargo, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, a menos de diez minutos de la estación de metro y a una parada del Gran Bazar, donde hay muchísimo que ver, hacer y comer. ¡Iba allí todas las noches! Desafortunadamente, el metro aún no llega a la estación principal de tren rápido de Urumqi (llegué desde Turpan); aunque las señales de la estación indican que la estación de metro aún no está abierta. Sin embargo, fue muy fácil llegar al aeropuerto en metro en 45 minutos. Descubrí que la mejor manera de llegar al excelente Museo de Xinjiang es tomar el metro cuatro paradas hasta la Plaza Nanhu y, después de disfrutar del Parque del Lago Nanhu, tomar un taxi o Didi hasta el museo. Tarda 15 minutos y cuesta unos ¥20/25. El museo es gratuito y no tuve que hacer cola ni reservar la entrada con antelación. No hay interruptor dentro de la puerta donde normalmente se coloca la tarjeta llave. No está claro cómo cortar la electricidad de la habitación al salir, a menos que se apaguen con firmeza los más de diez interruptores que hay por toda la habitación. La cama era muy grande y cómoda, y el televisor enorme tenía todos los canales... una vez que descubres que, entre los muchos interruptores de luz a ambos lados de la cama, hay uno que dice ”TV”, ¡y sin él, ninguno de los dos mandos a distancia enciende el televisor! La ducha era un poco anticuada, pero eficaz, aunque el agua no salía muy caliente. El desayuno en la planta superior era un bufé chino muy bueno, aunque el café era de máquina y bastante mediocre. Una mañana, un chef preparó wantán recién hecho.

WWoon Chooi YEWAlex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink,
From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry.
The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

最難忘的是這裏的“人情味”。入住時前台姑娘遞上兩瓶礦泉水，一句“旅途辛苦了”彷彿歸家般的温暖;離店那時，服務員揮手道別時眼底的真誠，讓這場短暫停留染上了友情的底色。
若説旅途是詩，這裏便是讓詩句生根的驛站--不張揚卻熨帖，用一碗熱湯的暖意、一扇明窗的風景、一羣人的真摯，將異鄉化作心安之所。
