«We booked a family room and specifically asked for it to be free from any cigarette smell. Unfortunately, despite our request, the room still smelled of smoke, and even the pillows had a noticeable cigarette odor. We also noticed that people were smoking near the elevator area. Perhaps this is more common in China, but we were not prepared for it and found it a bit uncomfortable. On the positive side, the hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which is very convenient and greatly appreciated. The room itself was good for the price, and overall it offers solid value for money. If the smell of cigarettes does not bother you, this hotel can be a very good option for its price range.»

«We chose this hotel because it is not too far from the airport. The hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services from/to the airport but prior booking is required (although we did not use the service). Strongly recommend to dine in at the hotel's restaurant as the food is delicious and reasonable and the ambience is good. It was cold in the evening so we did not go out to explore dining options but having our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was an excellent choice.»

«I stayed at Tianyuan Jingyi Hotel during my layover to my trip to Almaty. In general, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated right inside the airport. There is no need to exit the airport at all. After arrivals you can see the signs, walking around 10 min you are at the hotel. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room was spacious and it had all the amenities. Breakfast is included mostly Chinese and a few western options. Overall, it is great value for money and a good hotel for a layover.»

«We stayed as a family of 5, the room was with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and convenient option. Every day the room was cleaned once we are out in the morning. Supplies and amenities were replaced or added. Reception girls were very helpful. The owner is a kind lady. The window view is charming, mountains view in a day time, city lights at night. Downstairs are a few shops and a cafe with delicious baozi&jiaozi. I would definitely return to this place again 👍🏻»

Gracias a Watt y su personal, Grand Mercure Hualing se ha convertido en mi elección automática cada vez que los negocios (o el atractivo de los sabores de la Ruta de la Seda) me llevan de regreso a Urumqi.»
