This is a great hotel. The room was very big and clean. The cleaning staff was very responsible and helped me send the clothes to the laundry room for washing and drying during my stay. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel has a great airport transfer service (using a Tesla Premium Sports car). The hotel is well located in the city center and close to many attractions. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

The hotel's public areas were dirty. The room was cleaned well. The maids and breakfast staff were friendly. The front desk staff were almost surly. We would not recommend this hotel.

我到現在都沒想明白這個酒店怎麼排到烏魯木齊高檔型酒店第五的位置，前台服務反應急慢，本人身體極不舒服就想着儘快辦理入住，前台説沒有打掃好房間為由，太不專業，管理極度混亂，還好一個主管感覺的前台協調了所謂升級了房間才得以辦理好，可是更坑爹的是竟然把沒有做清潔的房間辦理給我，後來説搞錯了，真的很無語，就這樣的管理和服務，是樓層服務員幾句對不起就能解決的嗎，最可氣是第二天直接給我打電話要好評，本來已經忘記這事了，好吧，感謝提醒，我要把我的真實體驗發出來，以免未來客人再被忽悠

Номер очень просторный и уютный. Уборку производили ежедневно. Несмотря на наши задержки в аэропорту по прилету, трансфер до отеля был предоставлен. Также пользовались трансфером по городу на комфортабельном авто марки Tesla. Спасибо персоналу за доброжелательность и проявленную заботу.

性價比超高，服務也熱情，酒店接機師傅準時準時，幫我們裝行李，酒店很新，各種智能化，牀頭櫃桌面還支持無線充電，連沙發扶手都有充電口，房間裏的小度小度就不説了！大床房還能遠眺天山景色不錯，周邊也挺方便，總而言之，非常完美！

昨天晚上11點多到的烏魯木齊，酒店經理親自在高鐵站接站，走的時候也是酒店派的車親自送，説實話，200多的酒店能做到服務如此優秀的不多見，房間安排在28樓，景色很好，房間衞生非常乾淨，帶寶寶入住很放心！如果有機會再來還會選擇恆裕國際酒店！

性價比超高的酒店，非常推薦！
優點：
1. 新酒店，乾淨衞生，房間智能。
2. 位置好，四通八達，去哪坐車都方便。樓下有美食街。
3. 免費接機很贊，不是幾個賓館拼車那種，而是自己專門車奔馳商務車。
4. 服務熱情
早餐稍微簡單了些，不過麪條、雞蛋、蔬菜、水果、酸奶都有。

一開始開的2511房間，馬桶上還有上個客人留下的物理痕跡，茶吧枱旁邊水漬很明顯也不擦，枕頭下面一打開直接就是上個客人的頭髮。更換為2607後，客房也不進去檢查，我是吃完飯回來換的房，結果洗手池是臟的，枕頭下面還是頭髮，反饋後客房經理和打掃阿姨當面進行了清理，更換的床上用品，房間內的電話撥不到前台，前台女服務員的態度很生硬，不確認清楚就直接打電話進行退房提醒，發現我是16點退房後直接掛了，服務態度比較差。更換後的2607，房間的智能馬桶估計有故障，人不在旁邊還一直自動開關蓋沖水，影響休息。
