AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y con pensamiento, con todo lo que estaba en orden práctico. Uno de los más destacados fue sin duda la ubicación el hotel está directamente conectado a la tienda Grand Batam, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente para acceder a comida, compras, e incluso los puntos de masaje cercanos sin necesidad de viajar lejos.
En general, se trata de una estancia sin bañera y agradable. La conveniencia y el confort son las mejores opciones para un viaje relajado y fácil.

YYan.97The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Able to communicate well. The environment is nice and clean. Near to the Batam centre terminal. With shuttle service provided at certain timing.
Breakfast at hotel is nice and the staff will also ask about guest comments for improvement. Impressive service!
Hotel facilities included GYM room and swimming pool. Well maintained swimming pool, clean and enjoyable. The water does not have strong chlorine smell and no sediment in the pool. Overall, five stars experience! Keep it up.

They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Rather awkward situation… otherwise this hotel is new and great! Will come back again!

La puerta de la habitación era difícil de abrir a pesar de utilizar dos tarjetas de acceso. De nuevo tuvo que pedir al receptor que se aseguren nuestras puertas de la habitación. Así que hubo algún retraso antes de que podamos realmente descansar después de un largo día. Se proporcionaron instalaciones básicas como el kit dental, el champú y lavado del cuerpo. La habitación era de una magnífica dimensión. El desayuno estaba bien y tiene una estación Maggie. Es sólo un 5-10 minutos de coche al centro de ferry Batam.

SShanellejjqFrom the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort!
Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience!
Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

The hotel made arrangements to pick and drop us from Nongsa Ferry Terminal.
Lots of activities at the resort, including parasailing, jet skiing, ATV etc. These are very nicely managed by the incharge , Mr. Alam.
Very nice swimming pool and a restaurant at the resort.
There is also a gift shop at restaurant and a prayer room too.
There is a Mosque nearby resort , and the hotel provides pick and drop facility to the Mosque, if you want to pray at the Mosque.
Very clean rooms and well air conditioned. Toiletries are also good quality.
I would definitely recommend this resort to travelers…!!!

UUsuario anónimoI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇
