UUsuario invitadoThis is our second time staying in Oakwood in 2025. We return for the 2nd time mainly because of its superb location (just next to Batam Grand Mall), lots of Spas nearby and because its a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. It is very popular with both local n foreign tourists.
So, due to this, book early. You probably wont be able to get early check-in due to high volume of guests.
We stayed in the standard room n studio premier. Studio premier is slightly bigger with a kitchen cabinet, fridge, hob n hood, sink, utensils. But the room tend to be warm in the day as the room windows are facing east. Very comfy bed n pillows. Lots of TV chanels and you can login to ur netflix acct.
Inroom dining is better than their buffet bfast. Lots of varieties for their buffet bfast.
Recommneded to go to Aespa if you would like to go for a massage. Oakwood guests recieve discount. Their massage is very good.

NNurul Taqiah YussofEl hotel es muy nuevo, habitaciones limpias, excelente servicio de cortesía, buena desayuno difundido, gran piscina. Está cerca de un centro comercial y hay un transbordador al centro comercial, pero mi familia usaba un conductor para ir a otros lugares. Servicio de spa es bueno y asequible. Recomendaría que se le ofreciese una habitación de vistas al mar para una vista más agradable.

Only a bit disappointed is they forgot to decorate or provide birthday amenities for my son. When check in reception counter tell me there is birthday deco in my son room, in the end nothing.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

IIswardi BZHad a great 4 days stay! Shuttle bus transfer from Nongsapura ferry terminal was very smooth with Montigo resort staff being ready to welcome us and assist with our luggage onto the bus. Checking in was a breeze too. I was given a beeper and waited to be called as there were quite a few guests checking out when we arrived. Front desk staff Febri is very efficient and explained everything super clearly. On the second day we required more drinking water and Kiki from housekeeping was very helpful by providing bottled water to both of our seaview villa units. We ordered in-villa dining and also dined at The Warung. A must-try are their Bakar Iga Madu and Ayam Panggang Berempah. However, the Mie Goreng Jawa is too salty for us. Besides having a great session in the personal KTV room at Tiigo Bar and shoot some hoops at the small basketball area, the sports & activities staff Indra went the extra mile to help dry out the tennis court after the rain stopped to let us hit a few rallies before our check out. Overall, the resort is worth the stay even though it needs some maintenance and upgrade due to its age - more than 10 years old. My family and I would stay there again.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

HHanisah MydinDecent resort with amenities and all, for a quick getaway this resort works just fine. You can grab in food if room service options dont fancy you. Only downside is it's about 50 mins by car from batam centre ferry terminal and city centre shopping area. Breakfast was quite disappointing because this is smth many look forward to in a getaway. Options were little. Service and hospitality was amazing ✌🏽

NNelson Soh Toh WeeGreat place to stay, except there's no power switches beside the bed for charging of mobile devices and there's only 1 power switch on the desk surprisingly the power switch is linked to Desk light. So if I off the desk light then I cannot charge my devices. Another power switch is at corner near window.
