The location was accessible, upon reaching the island, we could feel the warm hospitality of the Hotel Crew, buggy-ing us to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel - welcome reception / hospitality was good and check in was fast! love the cold towel, welcome drink as well. Check in was good, explanation of the staff at concierge counter was clear and they were all very friendly and helpful. Room environment was good, clean and spacious even though we had 3 persons in the room, they added on a big size sofa bed. Service was quick, precise and detailed. Just that the room lack some space to hang towels after using. Facilities was good and nice! Food was great, but just a little expensive especially on the alcohol part. Overall, very satisfied with the place, people, hotel service, food and everything! Definitely more than a 5-star rating hotel !! Will come back again many times. The apartment was relatively quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection is wide. However, the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. In addition, I encountered a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom the following morning. I reported the issue to the check-in counter, and I hope it will be addressed for future guests.

My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hospitality was great, and all the staff were very helpful and always served us with a smile. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent for families. Our kids absolutely loved it! The view was amazing as well. The only downsides were some service-related issues, such as delays in the buggy service, the limited food options due to the location, and the late opening time of the bar. It only opens at 12 PM, which was a little inconvenient for families like us who spend time at the pool from the morning, especially when the kids get hungry. As for breakfast, the selection and taste were just okay, nothing special, but still acceptable and edible.

Aunque hay una pequeña parte negativa, el baño huele a agua muerta y se ahoga en toda la habitación, de lo contrario todo es grande para un rápido fin de semana. El transporte no incluye ir a la terminal de ferry del Centro Batam también

It is a refurbished grand hotel with friendly helpful staff and warm welcoming atmosphere.. For a shower means you have to step into the bath tub which is not conducive for those with joints issues. The mattress and pillows are really great for weary muscles. The breakfast buffet spread esp.the fruit juices local dishes,, hot station n fried noodles are the must haves. Hats off to Chef Pak GorengGoreng! He deserves a raise!🫡

¡A Perfect 3D2N Madre-Son Getaway! La primera vez que me encontré en el Batam View Beach Resort, me encantó la primera vez que traje a mi madre y ella disfrutó de todo lo que podía hacer por nuestra estadía. Alimento: El desayuno fue un espectáculo, con una deliciosa mezcla de platos locales y occidentales. Amenidades: Las instalaciones del resort son excelentes, y mi madre los ha aprovechado plenamente. En general, una experiencia fantástica. ¡Nos vamos a volver!

The cleanliness of the room is very terrible. With door unable to close properly and the toilet seat is broken. Bed was alright. However, theres no sound proof. You can hear the room next door shower. But the location is very superb. About 5-10minutes to the mall and the market. Very convenient Theres also in room massage. Quite cheap but not that quality

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
