Me and my friends had a bad experience with our initial hotel (bad hygiene, non-functioning plug). Then we quickly book this hotel. The price is not bad, very affordable, staff are quite nice. Hygiene is excellent. Very well. Recommended

This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

The resort is located at a good location and the sea view room had a great view of the Barelang Bridge and the sea.. The staffs at the resort are friendly and always carrying a big smile.. Free shuttle service with a fast responding WhatsApp chat ensure everything is smooth.. It will be better if there are more restaurants in this resort.. currently, I think there are only 3 after walking around the resort… one below the check-in lobby, one at the beach club and one seafood restaurant

We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. Lo que me gustaba es la vista de Batam. ¡Yo seré honesto, quería quedarme en el Turi Resort, donde habitualmente me quedé, pero estaban totalmente reservados. The Beverly Hotel Batam staff is very polite and always help to resolve any issue. However, there is improvement needed for cleaning the washroom.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Great location and value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.

Aquí están mis comentarios para el resort de playa turística, como mi primera vez viajeros solitarios. Los locales son agradables, la ubicación también es buena. Con bebidas de bienvenida una vez que se inspecciona en el hotel (que no bebí como estaba ocupado check-in pero parece delicioso 🤤). La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. IHG. Holiday Inn. Se parece que este hotel en Batam ha sido descuidado. Muchas de las instalaciones carecen de mantenimiento. La piscina, gimnasio, club infantil .....la lista se mantiene. El personal es excelente. Pero por qué no se ha mantenido bien cuando es tan popular. Covid tomó la chauvinista en todo el mundo. Pero muchos hoteles han vuelto a la calle y están recibiendo a los huéspedes con una esperanza renovada. Los hoteles necesitan actualizar constantemente para que los huéspedes deseen seguir volviendo. Caminos de pie, cuerpo picante después de dormir en la cama y baños que carecen son algunas de las características del Holiday Inn Batam. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno si se mejora en el mantenimiento. No es demasiado tarde para empezar. Esperando volver en 2026 si hay mejoras.
