With friend referral after they stay before. We booked this hotel during this trip for a three nites stay to lepark and rejuvenate.
Usually we will choose a hotel with pool and gym too. But this time, we booked in advance via trip.com and got a very great deal.
The check-in is very efficient handle by front desk executive , me Julios. (Very friendly and polite). Although we arrived an hour earlier, we got check-in instantly.
I really appreciate the great surprise upon entering the studio suite. My partner have quietly arranged with the hotel for a birthday room deco. The hotel went to the great extend to offer us a complimentary birthday deco surprise (with a complimentary special hotel soft towel set)
I took the hotel kind wishes and brought the printed deco banner to all the places we visit too (still in progress. Bhahaha)

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

LLML and travelI had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Dini and Willy. They were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was comfortable.
I was also very pleased with the room — it was spacious, clean, and I was lucky to be given a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue I encountered was with the water heater. The temperature was inconsistent — after setting it to a comfortable level, the water would suddenly turn very hot, then revert back, and this cycle kept repeating every few seconds. It made showering quite uncomfortable and is something that should be addressed.
Another point to note is the sound insulation. Noise from the KTV and the rooftop bar can be quite loud, especially at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers.
Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room, but addressing the water heater issue and improving sound insulation would make the stay much better.

YYuuJinnThe location is good. It is basically 3 minutes walk to the Batam Grand Mall and surrounding eateries. The service was great too. But when it comes to the hotel, I would rate the amenities/facilities as bad. First, there is no smart tv but a cabled TV with low, bad resolution. The bathroom is not well designed where the whole bathroom is flooded after taking a shower. There is no great separation between the toilet and the shower area. The head shower cannot be adjusted, so good luck on adjusting the temperature without getting burned lol. And the bathroom has no hooks for your clothes, towel. You’re resorted to put your clothes on the toilet bowl lid or the sink area given that it is dry. Then the air-conditioner is not well maintained, something kept trembling and making sounds. Luckily I was exhausted enough to knock me out at night. So whoever thinks that the bad things mentioned above are deal breaker for you, I would suggest choose another. Perhaps an additional $10 would save you. The review is bombed, I would honestly just give this a 2.5/5. Nothing personal just my criticism.

UUsuario invitadoLa limpieza de la habitación es muy terrible. Con puerta no puede cerrar correctamente y el asiento de la toalla está roto. La cama estaba bien. Sin embargo, no hay prueba de sonido. Puede oír la habitación en la puerta de la ducha.
Pero la ubicación es muy bonita. Aproximadamente 5-10minutes al centro comercial y al mercado. Muy conveniente
También hay en el masaje de la habitación.
