Artotel Batam

Had a really pleasant stay at ARTOTEL. The hotel has a modern and stylish concept, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with some nice little touches. I especially appreciated the complimentary chocolate and juice provided in the fridge, as well as the sleep aromatherapy provided in the room. These small details were a lovely surprise and made the stay feel a little more special and relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the whole experience even better. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to get around. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a really good variety of food, including authentic Indonesian dishes and a nice selection of traditional Indonesian cakes and pastries. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to try different local flavours instead of only the usual international hotel breakfast options. There were plenty of choices, and everything made for a great start to the day. I also really liked the unique design and artistic touches throughout the hotel. It gives ARTOTEL its own character and makes it feel different from a typical hotel. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the thoughtful amenities in the room to the wide breakfast selection and friendly service, everything came together nicely. I would definitely consider staying at ARTOTEL again on my next visit.

I will always select this hotel when I go to Batam business travel. Apartment hotel convenience look at the foods and cafe.

Multiple time staying at Artotel Batam... A fan of the Artotel Group... Other location have stay before from jkt, medan, yogja and bali. A shout out to front desk Monica... Kudos for the friendly approach.. two 👍👍 up.. Food is always great at the restaurant... Service was ok.. Room... U get what u paid... But a bit disappointed with housekeeping... The room is not that clean.. stain bedsheets and cover... With spots and lipstick stain.. not sure if it was changed from the last guest or not.. but a request for house keeping to change ... Had it change.. but house keeper face was like.. ***.. so after a tip.. the smile from ear to ear...

Artotel Hotel is fairly new. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was reasonable good. The room is quite spacious. We enjoyed our 4D/3N stay with Artotel. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Close to grand batam mall, it’s located right opposite. Hotel environment and rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast variety was good. Very friendly staff as well and their pillows/bed was fantastic. H

The room was cleaned and cozy. The location is near to grand Batam mall, about 5-10 mins walk. Also near to Batam City Square, about 15 mins walk.

Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the location is perfect as there are convenience stores, wet market and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. Our room is clean and comfortable, there are cable channels and Netflix installed on the tv. The breakfast buffet also comes with a variety of food and drinks. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay at Artotel.

Great and prompt service, every time. Pleasantly surprised with the daily free minibar and free pillow mist spray. Plus there is a 24H in-room massage service. I wished there was a better Indonesian food representation at breakfast.

Booked 2 rooms and requested for adjoining room 2mths in advance to celebrate family member birthday. However, front desk told us adjoining room only comes with twin n queen while we booked 2 twin rooms. She mentioned I need to uptop if I wanna a queen and adjoining which I dun mind to. Then I was told no adjoining room available as it was a busy Saturday. It kind of spoilt the trip from the start. I understand that request upon availability that's is why I make the booking so early ans hope it can be arrange. Apart from the unhappiness, the hotel location is great, breakfast options not much but good enough for a light start in the morning. Try to go breakfast earlier as tables are limited during Sat n sun, u might need to Q or share table with others during peak hours. If I fill in my request and they can email and advice me about the top up in advance to avoid all these, the stay will be perfect.
