A great experience for my stay here! Breakfast are great with so many varieties and choices. Gym equipment is amazing. Rooms are clean and staff were friendly. Very convenient access via carpark to the mall. Will definitely recommend to others.

Very convenient location, and friendly staff. Big room, and comfortable. Good spread breakfast.. Many people commented that this hotel is the most expensive among all hotels at batam as compared to others. I could say, I have no regrets about booking this hotel. Will book again if I am coming back for a short break!

We’d a blast at the relatively new Westin Nirup Island Resort & Spa this weekend. Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary with my wife and the ferry ride from the new SG cruise centre was smooth (make sure you arrive early to avoid long queue or get hold of e-boarding pass in advance). The hotel reception desk and housekeeping team at Westin Nirup was probably overwhelmed by the waves of hotel guests. That resulted in a frustrating delay in getting our room ready (we were the only guests left in the hotel lobby).  The hotel ops team led by Rara Tiffany and Philips quickly noticed the situation and offered an upgrade to a sea villa (Philips also went beyond his duty to give us a tour of the island via a buggy). I’ve to say the location of this hotel resort is perfect for a short getaway from Singapore (better value than staying in a downtown hotel or Sentosa). The quality and variety of food in the island can be improved to ensure the whole guest experience is kept at the highest level (special thanks to Ryan for bringing me a cup of coffee at the buffet dinner night and Arlee for offering to send us back to our villa). To me, this hotel resort is 5-star because of its hardworking and friendly staff!

The apartment was relatively quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection is wide. However, the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. In addition, I encountered a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom the following morning. I reported the issue to the check-in counter, and I hope it will be addressed for future guests.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus. The honeymoon decoration with rose petals, balloons, and towel swans was beautifully arranged, and the hotel also kindly accommodated our request for the red sofa by the window. It made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rooftop area, as well as the gym. We also tried the spa, and the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. Thank you, Harmoni One, for making our honeymoon memorable. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hospitality was great, and all the staff were very helpful and always served us with a smile. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent for families. Our kids absolutely loved it! The view was amazing as well. The only downsides were some service-related issues, such as delays in the buggy service, the limited food options due to the location, and the late opening time of the bar. It only opens at 12 PM, which was a little inconvenient for families like us who spend time at the pool from the morning, especially when the kids get hungry. As for breakfast, the selection and taste were just okay, nothing special, but still acceptable and edible.

La ubicación es estratégica. Cerca de Grand Mall Batam, Nagoya Hill batam y, por supuesto, el centro batam. El check-in fue suave y el lobby huele bien. La habitación era espaciosa para 2 personas y limpia. Las opciones de desayuno buffet también fueron excelentes. Como malasio, el cow tiaw goreng fue muy guapo.

Unfortunately, my overall experience during this stay was quite disappointing, and I feel there is still a significant gap between the hotel’s standards and the actual guest experience. First of all, the breakfast selection was quite limited. On the second day, the spring onions served at breakfast were already dry and wilted, giving the impression that they had been left overnight. They certainly did not look fresh, which was rather concerning in terms of food quality. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room also need improvement. The glass windows were covered with obvious wiping marks, making them look dull and far from clean or bright. The bed sheets, duvet covers and bath towels also looked quite old and worn, with some appearing dark and discoloured. This made the room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. The soundproofing was particularly poor. When the neighbouring room played music, the sound was so clear that it felt as though the music was playing inside our own room. This seriously affected our ability to rest. The bathroom could also be more thoughtfully designed. The shower head was positioned too low and would be much more convenient if it were installed higher. Not every guest prefers using a bathtub, so providing a more practical and comfortable shower option would give guests greater choice. I hope the hotel will focus not only on its appearance and marketing, but also on the basic details that directly affect the guest experience, especially cleanliness, bedding and towels, soundproofing, breakfast quality and room facilities. Based on this stay, there is definitely considerable room for improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.

Spacious,clean,easy access to many food varieties,convenient stores. Love the balcony where i can just relax either enjoying my coffee or just smoking while enjoying the seaviews. Will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable. Parking lots are very limited and that’s the only ‘bad’ thing i found.
