Favehotel Nagoya - Batam

It's my third stay. Same excellent service standard from all staff. Exceptional great service from the front desk upon check in (a male staff, did not manage to get his name)

Location is definitely a plus point. Walkable to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The presence of halal food court in front of the hotel is just crazy. The seafood and drinks and service too is comparable to Golden Prawn, minus the journey and sometimes overpriced meals. The check in and out was as smooth as butter. Staff across the board showed exemplary conduct and service. Saw a patrol car stationed in front of the hotel 2 out of the 3 nights during our stay. Rooms are big and cosy. The bed is huge. Didn't come across any ants or cockroaches during the entire stay. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Enough varieties for the amount we paid for the room. Loved the noodles and porridge section. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything is good. Breakfast was excellent this time with the noddle not oily. The fried rice was tasty and spicy. The only setback was we have to request for the knives from the pantry side. Most of the service staff in the hotel were cheerful and friendly. The room was not big but it was clean and the aircon was good . I like the hotel’s bath towel. Clean, huge and big. The toilet paper was not of good quality type.

Tall building but lower floor is hotel upper is residence . Can be noisy at night .

It’s really a convenient place to explore and massage.. the was too good .. room was well maintained.. staff are so helpful.. I really enjoyed it

The stay is fantastic. This is the second time we went. The hotel is well located with amenities around, such as food courts, massage shops, convenient store, and hair salon.

Strategic place to go anywhere. Good envorinment, beautiful place. So if you all dont know where to check ij you can go this hote

Room is big and provide bedroom slippers with toothpaste and toothbrush. Great location with plenty of food choices. Surrounding has massage places. 10mins walk to famous Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Easy to get grab to go other places too. Down side is level 1 to 5 are guest room only and breakfast is opposite hotel with limited food choices

Good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.
