En general, hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa durante toda nuestra estancia.

En general, una gran estancia con vistas fantásticas y un servicio increíble! El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. El espectáculo es un espectáculo muy bueno que realmente eleva el espacio. El personal estaba muy caliente y atento, ayudando proactivamente con mi equipaje y abriendo puertas de coche cada vez. Sin embargo, la calidad de la pija era media, era bastante alta y firme en lugar de suave y más, y apoyar en ella por un tiempo hizo que mi espalda se sintiera sudorada. El mayor error para mí, sin embargo, fue el sistema de ascensor; no hay luces de indicadores claros o sonidos de chimenea cuando llega el ascensor, así que me perdí un par de veces. I’d also prefer bottled drinking water over the large filtrated water dispenser provided, as washing glasses every time was a bit of a hazle.

I love the location the most. Fuss-free hotel tbh. Only issue i have with this hotel is that there is no power socket by the bed. So i have to charge it next to the tv. Also the toilet had a backflow issue which is gross - this is fixed by the hotel after i mentioned it to them. Not my first stay here. If you’re not fussy, want cheap and convenient, then this hotel is it. Please get the breakfast along with your rooms as it’s more worth it that way and the food is REALLY GOOD.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Impeccably clean. Outstanding service from Ixxora on front desk. All staff keen to please and professional. They actually seem genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam. Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence. Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

We also thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing spa package. Highly recommend for a getaway!

A perfect stay! I enjoyed this resort so much. Everything is very accessible, and the room was beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly friendly—especially the security guards and buggy drivers who provided excellent service. Between the fantastic restaurants, the relaxing bar, and the stunning view, everything about this trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Location is good near to City Centre Breakfast is good but yet can improve  Staff is friendly and the Hotel manager make his round at the cafe to mingle with guest to make sure the guest is enjoying their stay at the hotel. Kuddos to Staff of Eska Overall the stay was good will go back again if i happen to be at Batam

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.
