El hotel está bien ubicado y a un precio asequible, lo cual fue una ventaja. Sin embargo, tuvimos varios problemas durante nuestra estancia de 3 días y 2 noches: Solo nos proporcionaron dos botellas de agua mineral para toda la estancia, lo cual nos pareció insuficiente. El suelo no estaba limpio al hacer el check-in. La pasta de dientes que nos proporcionaron estaba apenas llena al 30 % y solo se pudo usar dos o tres veces. El tiempo de espera para el ascensor fue largo y, al llegar, hacía muchísimo calor dentro y no había ventilador ni ventilación.

Normalmente me alojo en Mossaz Mana Mana, así que decidí echarle un vistazo a Paxtonz. Primero me dieron una habitación sin limpiar, así que tuve que volver a recepción y pedir otra. Los muebles y el papel pintado son preciosos. Fue agradable dormir tranquilo y no tener que esperar 10 minutos por el ascensor (problema de Mossaz), ya que aún no mucha gente conoce el hotel. Espero que la situación sea más estable en el futuro.

No pensarías que pagaste barato, pero conseguiste una unidad como de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En serio, este anfitrión no gana nada. Solo quiero ganar dinero, pagar barato, pero conseguir una unidad de 5 estrellas. No exagero. Es cierto. Repito sin duda. Es difícil convencer, es difícil saberlo.

This is my third time staying at Mossaz in 4 months and it's gradually losing its standard. The first time everything was in the room, including toothbrushes. The second time there were no toothbrushes, no kettle, no iron, and no ironing board. This time there were no toothbrushes, no hair dryer, and no desk chair. Either the staff is becoming negligent or they are intentionally removing things from the room to charge the guest for later. My advice is to take photos upon arrival and send the photos of whatever is missing to the front desk's Whatsapp.

Even is a long times years hotel, but when you step in to hotel, you will feel very comfortable and like it. The room is big enough. Just some part in the room maybe hotel management overlook. But room door third lock spoiled,. But i choose to ignore it because i feel safe in the hotel.housekeeping need to alert because in my room toothbrush shower cap only provide one instead of 2.room slipper ourstanding but i able request blfron the staff. Check in and check out feel Smooth. Hotel got gym room, swimming pool etc. Last, car park need to pay RM4 and not free.

Recientemente me quedé aquí y me decepcionó bastante con varios temas. No me gustan los hoteles, pero no me gustan los hoteles. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Además, encontré dos antígenos Charlie dentro de la unidad, este insecto es muy peligroso, ya que su estiramiento puede causar irritación grave de la piel y incluso puede requerir tratamiento hospitalario. Espero que la gestión tome este asunto en serio y mejore la limpieza y el mantenimiento para la seguridad y el confort de los huéspedes futuros.
