The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

Fantastico valor para dinero. La habitación estaba decorada hermosamente y el baño también era nuevo y fresco. La comida también fue excelente y el bar quiz el jueves fue fantástico. El personal era amigable, bienvenido y chat. No podía hacer lo suficiente para usted. Sería muy recomendable.

2日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

El hotel ofrece excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo una microondas y un refrigerador, que son fantásticos. Sin embargo, me decepcionó el parking limitado, el hecho de que algunos restaurantes se cierran el martes, y las sockets no funcionales en mi habitación, que me impidieron utilizar el refrigerador, cargar mis dispositivos, e incluso usar la caldera. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar un lugar donde no se puede encontrar.

El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, a unos diez minutos a pie, y en el centro de la ciudad, con tiendas y restaurantes en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. La habitación y el baño son muy grandes y silenciosos, y la cama es muy cómoda.

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

Large and comfortable room, the only problem was the immense heat in the room! The bathroom and shower was perfect for a small family. The opportunity to try the breakfast was missed at service started too late.
