This hotel is beautiful in a perfect setting, very close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The only negative points are around meal times. Breakfast supplies need better management or a dining room manager. Items were often running very low t9 depleted, and manu guests had to keep asking for the missing items. Secondly, wedding parties / guests pass through one of breakfast rooms to reach the wedding ceremony room. Guests were being ushered in to the breakfast room where hotel guests were still finishing up there breakfast. This room should be kept separate and hotel guests given space and time to enjoy their breakfast. We moved in to the bar area but that was worse, as people piled in before 11am for drinks! If the bar is going to be open then ushered wedding guests in to one area rather than disrupting guests staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and as though we were intruding on them. The other point I would like to make is about the lady who announces the wedding info should be more courteous to staff. I heard an abrupt command for an item to be moved .. this is rude and unacceptable, especially in front of guests or anyone, for that matter, let alone embarrassing for the member of staff involved. All the staff were lovely, I just think they would benefit from some training or guidance on running a well organised breakfast room. Dinner was fabulous, just a little disorganised and slow at times. Needs to be a bit more attentive The Spa and pools are wonderful. Overall, we had a most wonderful stay and our room was excellent! I would definitely go back again.. just employ some more staff,, seasonal if need be.

Place very dated but clean, with lovely staff and nicely presented breakfast. I also appreciated the water always available in the reception!

La habitación es muy limpia y no tiene ningún gusto en el baño. El par es muy entusiasta y puede comunicarse chino. El desayuno está hecho ahora, muy delicioso. El tamaño de la habitación y las instalaciones satisfacen plenamente las necesidades de alojamiento. El jardín delante de la puerta puede estacionar, aproximadamente, 5 coches. A la lado está la estación de gasolina. Cuando llegue, es la primera habitación de la estación de gasolina, no pase. Caminar a diez minutos del centro de la ciudad. El estacionamiento de un buen coche puede estar en la ciudad como sea. Las escaleras son un poco estremecidas, pero el jefe es muy entusiasta para ayudar a la maleta, no se siente incómodo.

Lovely room and bathroom was really nice with walk in shower and bath, under bed lighting which came on when going to the loo in the night which is helpful in strange places. Breakfast included The balcony was private with amazing views. Took duck and swan food and the ducks and fish came from everywhere lovely to watch Deb

Fácil de entrar; sólo a una corta caminata de la estación de tren y el centro principal. A la parque y posible caminar a Warwick a lo largo de las calles Avon y canal. Fantastico desayuno y habitación tiene todo lo que necesita para un corto estadía.

Once again had a great stay. A special mention to the manager and the breakfast ladies. They went out of there way to make us feel so welcome. See you again in September.

This venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history. Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further. Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation. Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality. The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Always stay here when visiting family in Warwick l, has everything we need great for dogs as plenty of grass and woodland for walks etc. reception is open 24hrs and staff are very friendly and welcoming.
