Everything is great about this hotel, very spacious and Caroline at the the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is the aircon/heater unit in the room is very noisy, as it's not central air.

Un hotel agradable con un personal excelente y camas muy cómodas. La piscina era muy bonita y los restaurantes eran decentes. Justo enfrente del casino Seneca Niagara y a un par de cuadras de las cataratas del Niágara.

El hotel está cerca de la zona de las cascadas y ofrece un entorno precioso. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, luminosas, limpias y bien equipadas. El personal es amable y servicial. El precio es razonable y me alojaría aquí de nuevo si tuviera la oportunidad.

Stay overnight at Hampton as it is just a stone throw away from Woodbury Outlet. Generally the room is big and specious as we got the 2 queens size bed for 2 person. Staff are friendly too. However only issue is we found both dead and alive baby cockroaches in the room around different parts of the room such as walk way after entering, toilet, carpet as well as the air circulation machine. It makes us wonder if there is any housekeeping done properly before we check in. Otherwise the hotel is recommend if you intend to stay overnight and continue to shop in Woodbury.

The best hotel for proximity to dreams park. I particularly liked the 300 block rooms in the secondary building - huge rooms and freezing air conditioning during hot July summers. Only 2 minute from baseball 12U tournament and still only three miles or so from downtown shopping. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and go again.

Al lado del lago de los dedos, el paisaje es muy bonito, la ventana de la habitación no es grande y un poco pobre. La habitación es limpia y limpia, la ruta media es pequeña, dos camas son grandes y cómodas, suficiente para dormir a cuatro personas. La cena en el bar del restaurante del hotel es muy deliciosa y el precio es razonable, es que hay más invitados, pero hay un servidor que necesita esperar pacientemente. En resumen, las habitaciones y restaurantes del hotel son muy satisfechos, espero que pueda viajar de nuevo en vacaciones.

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience.
By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.

SShane CanadianI was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone.
The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful.
The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers.
I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay.

UUsuario invitadoThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

UUsuario invitadoVisited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

UUsuario invitadoStaff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.
