Fue una estancia estupenda. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de las cataratas. La habitación era grande y parecía recién renovada, así que todo estaba limpio y bonito. Hay varios restaurantes y salas de juegos en el edificio. No se puede pedir más.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación; hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente y la cascada está a solo 10 minutos a pie. La selección del desayuno era limitada, pero no estaba mal.

The best hotel for proximity to dreams park. I particularly liked the 300 block rooms in the secondary building - huge rooms and freezing air conditioning during hot July summers. Only 2 minute from baseball 12U tournament and still only three miles or so from downtown shopping. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and go again.

Al lado del lago de los dedos, el paisaje es muy bonito, la ventana de la habitación no es grande y un poco pobre. La habitación es limpia y limpia, la ruta media es pequeña, dos camas son grandes y cómodas, suficiente para dormir a cuatro personas. La cena en el bar del restaurante del hotel es muy deliciosa y el precio es razonable, es que hay más invitados, pero hay un servidor que necesita esperar pacientemente. AAcaciaHPasé una noche antes de mi vuelo y el personal de recepción fue muy amable. Mi habitación parecía más grande, pero estaba dividida por una puerta blanca para hacer más espacio. Escucho perfectamente a los vecinos de al lado y la puerta divisoria se puede abrir. El agua de la ducha salía con dificultad y no sabía cómo usarla, pero en recepción me dijeron que tenía que abrir tanto el grifo como el de la ducha para que saliera agua caliente. En general, era una habitación agradable, con vistas al aeropuerto.

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.

SShane CanadianI was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone. The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful. The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers. I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay.

The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

En pisos superiores, por lo visto la cosa mejora, con baños para 1 persona y pasillos ventilados. El baño es simil vestuario, y si bien limpian, tiene mucho tránsito y es poco cómodo. El personal es amable y la ubicación excelente. Por el precio, es aceptable.

UUsuario invitadoVisited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

UUsuario anónimoEl hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Hay un popular restaurante italiano, una heladería y un Starbucks en la planta baja. Al otro lado de la calle se encuentra el gran Lincoln Center. Hay bancos, cafeterías y Target a pocos minutos a pie. También está muy cerca de Columbus Circle y puedes tomar el metro para llegar a varias atracciones. Es que aparte del vestíbulo que parece un hotel de alta gama, los pasillos están decorados con un estilo extraño, las habitaciones son pequeñas y las instalaciones son tan simples que uno se siente como en casa. Los detalles incluyen: el baño es tan pequeño que sólo una persona puede estar de pie; no hay vasos en la habitación, y ya sea para beber agua o cepillarse los dientes, se utilizan vasos de papel desechables. Afortunadamente la mayor parte del tiempo estuve caminando por la ciudad y sólo volví al hotel para dormir. De todos modos, no elegiré este la próxima vez.

Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.
