We booked this trip for the engagement meeting of our son and his girlfriend, now officially fiancee and soon to be wife. Not only were the facilities very clean and well maintained (as good as new), the food at Luk Foo Restaurant was also exemplary. The location is also ideal, with a UCC Cafe Terrace just opposite in case you're not into eating breakfast at the Hotel.

Everything is great, the pool is huge and clean, lifeguard always on duty and towels are always available. Room is modern and nice.The only thing I will complain is their food ( breakfast buffet) there is a lot of flies touching the fruits and deserts. We were setting right in the corner of the desert table and flies are everywhere.I even asked the employee that the flies touches desert and she said okay I will tell them.Person came and put a candle and thats it.I will suggest that pls assigned somebody to watch the fruits and deserts or any food thats open with out covers cause flies touches everywhere! Food is okay but not bad. The breakfast buffet for a children 7 to up is about 2,000 which is very pricey. I asked about it and one of them explain that how the rate is because my daughter is considered a extra person already and that 2k is included with extra bed so I asked the extra bed to put it out in our room.Still very expensive and no ala carte menu available for breakfast so you have no choice lol. These are one of the flies that i cut off the legs beachse it was roaming in our table..

Lo reservé para mis compañeros que están de viaje de negocios en el extranjero. Mis compañeros están muy contentos de vivir aquí. La ubicación es superior y la calidad es buena y el precio es barato. La actitud de servicio también es bastante buena. Elija este hotel la próxima vez que venga aquí por negocios.

It has a beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant is nice. Seats are inside in a Filipino style room, outside you can enjoy the spacious lush garden while have lunch/dinner. The rooms are large, beds comfortable. It is a bit older but the Charme of this resort is stunning. There is a shuttle boat to beaches at Samal island. Short ride to malls, with grab no problem at all. The breakfast is solid. I would say this was my best stay in Davao.

Localización es realmente buena si quieres viajar alrededor de la ciudad de Davao Cerca del centro comercial y de las tiendas, el personal es amigable, amable,respectful.Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en el Hotel, La piscina es relajadora. Quizás sólo limpia un poco las cortinas de ventana coz es un poco de polvo, la experiencia global es increíble.

Disappointing Family Stay Despite Beautiful Resort This was our first time staying at Dusit Thani Plantation, and unfortunately, it may also be our last. While the resort itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and friendly staff, the overall service and experience were very disappointing. Check-in: We had to wait an extra hour before our room was ready. This was very difficult as we were traveling with two babies who were already tired and needed to rest. Food: Dining was one of the biggest letdowns. We expected high prices, but unfortunately, the quality did not match. During breakfast, the ham served was spoiled, yet instead of apologizing, the staff insisted that the smell was just “because of spices.” I pointed out it tasted sour, but the head chef defended it after tasting himself. Other food items were bland, and our T-bone steak, ordered medium well, came out completely well-done. Room: The room itself was cozy, but our sleep was disturbed by noises coming from the ceiling at night—sounding like cats or rats. Service: Staff were polite but very slow and unorganized. I had to ask multiple times for our bags to be delivered, and in the end, I had to walk all the way to reception to collect them myself. Transportation carts were too few to accommodate guests, and the overall check-in experience was the worst we’ve had—no welcome drinks were provided even though they were supposed to be included. In summary, Dusit Thani Plantation offers a beautiful environment and facilities, but service, food quality, and guest handling fell far short of expectations. For the price paid, we expected a smooth and relaxing family getaway, but instead, it turned into a stressful experience.

i stayed in another room but surely it was the same experience as everyone else i guess, accessible to everything, safe to stay and the amenities are excellent... just realized before i checked out, the drinks at the bar was not that expensive, maybe because it's local rate and we are in the philippines... idk, i'm just used to see skyrocket prices of everythinv when you dine in a 4/5 star hotels

Lamento que no se pueda utilizar el Wi-Fi ❗️ y luego lavar el agua de los dientes con sabón no hay ❗️ No hay resultados Wi-Fi en el trabajo a media noche. Incluso si la mujer que llamó a la carretera no respondió. Lamento más de ....... Si es posible, conteste. Por favor, informe de los resultados.

We stayed here many times before but this was the first time since the reopening. We always book the club room which gives us access to the lounge but the lounge experience was very disappointing this time. During happy hour we had to wait over 30 minutes for food to be replenished and when it finally arrived it was minimal. Service was plain bad. Breakfast was also below average. It took the cook 35 minutes to make us a simple omelet and one egg sunny side up. Very disappointing experience compared to other Seda properties in Cebu, Manila and Cagayan de Oro
