Esta es la segunda vez que reservo en este hotel. Al principio nos dieron una habitación que huele y parece tan vieja. Está bien si la habitación está desactualizada excepto por el olor. Solicité que me cambiaran a otra habitación en la que la recepcionista nos transfirió al edificio recientemente renovado. La ubicación está a poca distancia de las tiendas y de la carretera principal. El buffet no es tan bueno como antes de la pandemia. Pocas selecciones para elegir. Los servicios eran buenos.

The room is so clean with complete toiletries. It also gave us all the staycation vibes that we need. Overall we are so satisfied and happy during our stay there.

This was my first time staying here.. it was truly amazing. The staff were great, the room was fantastic, the boat transfer was private, fast and comfortable! If you need to move around the resort they send a golf cart for you free anytime. The bistro restaurant was a little bit disappointing as they didn't have a couple of items I wanted, but the waiter was great! I would definitely come back!

Really happy with our stay at Park Inn Davao, the unit was tidy and we love how it’s adjacent to SM mall. The staff was accommodating and we will come back again!

The lobby is pretty small. The music in the evening not too good. The room service is not thoroughly. The windows were very dirty. Check-in counter is pretty small as well as the receiving area. The pool and the gym are fine but the space is confined. The room service food is okay. They have a Starbucks-certified coffee shop. Large basement parking. The location is not at the seaside. Azuela High Street is near and SM LaNang. There was only one bed side cabinet which is not acceptable for a 5 -star Hotel. The room furnituring is not optimized, it gives a squeezed atmosphere.

The Dusit D2 offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for those seeking comfort and relaxation. While the amenities are well-designed, I found them to be a bit limited if you're the type who enjoys a variety of activities. The hotel features a pool, which is nice, but could feel a bit underwhelming if you're someone who craves more entertainment options. On the bright side, the 24-hour gym is a great perk for fitness enthusiasts, and the gourmet shop adds a touch of luxury for those looking to indulge in premium snacks or specialty items. Beyond these, however, there aren't many activities to keep you occupied, so it’s a space that caters more to relaxation and personal time, often spent in your room. Overall, Dusit D2 is ideal for a serene stay but might feel a bit too quiet for those who easily get bored. More in improvement on the food please, there’s no menu that sticks out or you want to try again.

My recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant with smooth service and friendly staff. However, the security team left much to be desired. They were often seen using their phones, which made them appear unprofessional. One evening, after picking up food, we were told by security to use the backyard for such activities. This was particularly frustrating as it was raining at the time. Additionally, the security personnel seemed to have an overly strict approach, constantly asking for our room number and checking our room card, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. It seemed like they were not well-acquainted with their guests and lacked basic hospitality skills. While the overall stay was enjoyable, improvements in the security staff's approach would enhance the experience significantly.

Worth the price and excellent for staying with family. Great timing with the Pacquiao boxing match on the big screen in the casino area – and it was free! We'll definitely come back again soon..
