The hotel is outstanding for those traveling for Umrah. Check-in experience was excellent, Riham answered our questions regarding the stay and gave us a room on high floor. We booked a room with partial Haram view, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is spacious, bathroom is clean, with separate basin for washing feet etc. If you’re tired after Umrah, 24/7 room service can deliver food to your room, although a bit pricey. Concierge service was excellent, Basir helped us store our luggage after we checked out, so we picked it up after few hrs. Definitely recommend!

Phone was not working well in the room, and I have to ask for things several times and wait long to get them..Other than that hotel is fine..Their bus stop next to Haram is very confusing as we had to search for and never found so we had to grab a taxi to get back to the hotel after a very long walk

Great experience, the staff was amazing and went way and beyond, we had 3 rooms 3428, 3431 both with kabba view. The rooms were clean and spacious the bathroom on the smaller side. The manager on our floor was great, he made our stay perfect, breakfast was sent to our room for my disable father. Very considerate. 10/10 overall. I have stayed in other hotels in clock tower but this by far is the best. Thank you, hope to stay again soon

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Hotel de nueva construcción. Ofrece aparcamiento gratuito. Nos alojamos en octubre de 2024 y no había servicio de habitaciones. Como hay que subir la colina, bajar para conseguir la comida tampoco era posible. Sin embargo, hay un pequeño aparcamiento al lado del hotel. Hay servicio de transporte disponible desde y hacia la parada de autobús situada junto al haram. Pero ten en cuenta que hay que caminar unos 30 minutos para llegar al interior de la mezquita sagrada.

Great hotel with all amenities. Well equipped Gym and a decent size pool. Staff are pleasant and always ready to help. The only downside is pool closes at 6pm. In my opinion it should be open for a while later due to the heat outside especially in the hotter months

Fue una buena estadía con mi familia. Muy cerca del Haram y hay un centro comercial que conecta con el hotel. Personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones limpias pero el servicio fue lento. Muy recomendable.

DoubleTree has always been my choice since i first stayed here in 2022. This is my 3rd time staying and the level of hospitality and service is so wonderful. I tried other hotels on my last visit in January 2025, but it wasn't great, so here I am back at DoubleTree. The location to the Grand Mosque of Makkah is fairly reasonable - one can walk (via Hilton Convention Hotel) - sloped surface, or take the complimentary shuttle that stops at Hilton Conrad on Jabal Omar. Wear good walking shoes. Mr. Ahmed Elsayed at the restaurant is a top-notch manager. I only mentioned something to him, and he had his colleague make it especially for me. That was totally unexpected and they both went out of their way to ensure that it was a problem. They did it again the next day. Such personable service from both gentlemen and the others at DoubleTree Makkah. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom had Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well which is something rare! And of course the signature cookies i love. Thank you!!
