Hoteles con spa en Buenos Aires

Hands down the most impressive hotel I've stayed at in Buenos Aires! That crystal chandelier in the lobby? Absolutely breathtaking. My room was so spacious I could've thrown a dance party, and soaking in the tub while watching sunset over the Rio de la Plata was pure magic. The staff - perfectly trained, even room service steaks beat those Instagram-famous restaurants. The rooftop infinity pool is a photographer's dream, though those cocktails hurt my wallet (worth it though!)

We stayed 5 nights here. - Room is large and clean - Toiletries are basic - Breakfast is adequate though boring after 3 days because the menu doesnt change - We loved the big balcony (I dried lots of laundry there 😆 ) Arc isnt at the center of busy Recoleta but there are fruit stores, convenience shops and cafeterias and 3 delicious 🔝 rated restos in the vicinity. And we walked from here to everywhere. We walked to the cemetery, the museums and all the way to Palermo Soho, we walked half of Santa Fe, we are a short few stops by Subte to San Telmo, Plaza Mayo etc. Saturdays, the fair next to the cemetery is super big and very fun/relaxing to explore. We loved the Recoleta Mall … its a really nice district to base at No homeless, safe, gentrified district. My photos are all the scenes just around Arc within a 15 min radius

It’s a small hotel.., but very cozy. Big room and very good bathroom. The hotel has two elevators.., and both were working well. The front desk was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very tasty. There’s a mall (Recoleta Mall) near the hotel (10 minutes by foot from the hotel), with good restaurant options nearby. I’d definitely stay again..!

El hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada. Lamentablemente, debido a la situación económica, hay muchas personas sin hogar en los alrededores del hotel. El personal de recepción del hotel no es especialmente amable. Además, es una estupidez tener que pagar el importe total en el check-in, normalmente es en el check-out. Además, me parece extraño que en la habitación solo se ofrezca agua y café por un suplemento. Incluso los hoteles más baratos lo ofrecen de forma gratuita. La suite con vista tiene una vista excelente, pero la habitación está en mal estado y sentí mucho ruido proveniente del bar/piscina de la azotea. El aislamiento podría ser mucho mejor y una renovación no vendría mal.

The room was very nice, with a large double bed. Breakfast was only available in the room, but was good. Language is an issue if you can't speak Spanish, however, the staff was very understanding, and with the translator app, it was a lot more easier to explain what we needed. The room 303 which faces the road, was a bit noisy ,due to rubbish collection trucks parking right outside the hotel,and the driver would keep the engine running for nearly 45 to 60 minutes. The thing that was a bit wrong was that when we checked out, the taxes were collected in cash, ARS pesos, which we were told when booking would be around 4,600, but we were charged nearly 13,000, which was higher than expected

The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever. Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

Limpio y ordenado, ¡nada mal! Vine por un viaje de negocios. La ubicación es muy conveniente; los taxis pueden estacionar justo en la puerta. Sin embargo, ten cuidado si vas un viernes por la noche, ya que hay varios bares pequeños en la planta baja y puede ser un poco ruidoso. Los botones fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron con mi equipaje. Hablaban inglés fluido. El desayuno estuvo bien, y es bueno que esté abierto hasta las 10:00 como máximo. Cuesta 150 USD en el hotel, dependiendo de si quieres incluirlo en tu reserva de IHG.

El personal es lo suficientemente amable. Nos decepcionó mucho cuando pedimos más papel higiénico. Acabábamos de regresar de una salida nocturna y notamos que cuando la habitación estaba arreglada, el papel higiénico no fue reemplazado y nos estábamos quedando sin pañuelos. Llamamos a la recepción para pedir dos papeles de tejido y nos dijeron que solo se nos permitía un papel por día (no nos habían dado ningún tejido ese día). Conocí al miembro del personal en el ascensor donde me asignaron un papel que era la mitad del tamaño de un papel completo. Entonces, ¿la asignación diaria de papel higiénico es ½ papel por día para dos personas? Si nos hubieran dado un papel completo de tejido cuando hicieron la habitación por la mañana, no hubiéramos necesitado pedir más. Desafortunadamente, ninguna cantidad de personal sonriente puede compensar la mezquindad de papel higiénico. Teníamos dos habitaciones en este hotel y habíamos tenido dos habitaciones aquí anteriormente, así que no era la primera vez que me alojaba en este hotel, pero será la última.

The hotel was well-located in the Palermo neighborhood, just a short walk from the Subte. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing a map and outlet converter. The room was nice and was cleaned regularly.  If there was one thing for improvement, it would be the breakfast offerings. There was a lot of bread, ham and cheese croissants, very little fruit, and tiny portions of sweets. The coffee was bad. I ended up going out for breakfast.  The above said, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its service, location, cleanliness, and amenities.
