La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no me gustaba el servicio de desayuno buffet.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

El aeropuerto tiene un coche de transporte para el hotel. Puede salir del aeropuerto en la zona del Hotel Shuttle. No se vaya al auto equivocado. Esperaré unos 20 minutos aproximadamente. Desde las nueve al aeropuerto a las 5:20 de la mañana, comienza un turno por hora. Hay desayuno gratuito aunque no es mucho, es suficiente para despegar. La cama es muy cómoda.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

Una habitación Rm#511 tenía servicio de televisión. Además, el baño no en la bañera era muy agua muy libre se estaban llegando en todas partes. Sin embargo, me trasladaron a rm#509. Además, a pesar de que un guardador de casa llamado Jay fue una enorme ayuda y host. Si vuelvo a llegar ahí, deseo verlo.

El recepcionista fue muy desagradable y grosero. Al regresar al hotel después de cenar, me detuvieron, me hicieron numerosas preguntas y me impidieron subir a mi habitación. El empleado prácticamente me interrogó antes de poder subir, lo cual fue muy poco profesional.

La casa de baño se ha hecho cada día. Nos encontramos allí para visitar la ciudad, pero también podría ser un buen lugar para el alojamiento, ya que tienen muchas opciones de servicio de habitaciones junto con un bar y un restaurante acompañados.

Un hotel diseñado por John Portman, donde podrás experimentar la arquitectura famosa durante tu estancia. Barato, la habitación es bastante espaciosa y el precio elevado. El transporte es conveniente y se encuentra a poca distancia de las principales atracciones. La actitud del servicio de habitaciones del hotel es normal. Los indios que contestaron el teléfono se mostraron muy indiferentes.
