This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Ubicado en el corazón de Sapa, puedes ir caminando a cualquier lugar. El hotel estaba limpio y elogio a todo el personal de recepción del hotel. En particular, el gerente KC fue muy amable y siempre preguntó por mi horario y me dio consejos, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera cómoda. La piscina es interior (baño) y exterior, pero la exterior está fría y es difícil de usar, pero la interior es agradable porque el agua está tibia. Las habitaciones del Bamboo Sapa Hotel también son increíblemente grandes, lo que te permite experimentar la magia de ver un televisor de 60 pulgadas aparecer como uno de 40 pulgadas mientras estás acostado en la cama. Sin embargo, es incómodo caminar por allí porque es muy ancho. Sería conveniente si hubiera un interruptor de luz o un control remoto al lado de la cama. (Visited over Easter 2026) The experience has honesly be extrodinary and I'd say this is one of the most personal service I have experienced in my travels. The hotel itself was beautiful as you would expect from the Garrya and Banyan Tree group. However it's the dedicated team who goes above and beyond that makes the experience so forgettable. Chung and his team has really cultivated a culture where the team not only listens, but actively making your stay as perfect as possible. There are many occasions where my casual comments had turned into their missions to make it happen. Not only is the team professional, but also knowledgeable. I was particular impressed by Trung's (Front of House) of clocking my stay at the Hotel de la Coupole in Sapa (I was carrying their paper bag) and knowing that its the same interior architect, Bill Bensley who also designed my favourite hotel Intercontintal Danang (My work is interiors related). It is moment like this you know you will be well looked after. That is on top of everything else he has done for me during my stay. Meanwhile the F&B Team has also done a great job and making me feel welcome no matter where I am. Notible mentioned are (excuse my spelling from now on) Ivesh, Skritee although young in this hotel, were eager to engage and learn. Meanwhile Minh and Thrugye at Refresh and Charcoal were always ready to help. On my last day I also had the pleasure of meeting the F&B Manager whom as I was in a hurry and her name slipped my mind. It was very thoughtful of her preparing a pastry box for me knowing I have a 6 hr journey back to the airport. Garrya Mu Cang Chai really is the golden standard of hospitality. It is rare to see such dedication especially for a destination hotel which you don't often get a lot of returining customers. I truely wish the team well and I am looking forward to coming back to experience a different season in the region. Muy bien situado complejo con gran panorama sobre el Valle y el Monte Fansipan. Habitaciones grandes y diseñadas de acuerdo al paisaje. Personal amigable y útil. Pero el desayuno es una catástrofe: no suficientes mesas, sucio debido a demasiados personas.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️

¡Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos experimentado en Sapa y sin duda vale la pena considerar! Lo que hizo nuestra estadía especialmente memorable fue el pensamiento del personal del hotel en mi cumpleaños. Nos sorprendió graciosamente con una torta de cumpleaños y una tarjeta de corazón, transformando una estancia ya maravillosa en una celebración excepcionalmente significativa. El personal estaba constantemente caliente, cortés y acomodados, lo que nos hizo sentir realmente bienvenidos a lo largo de nuestra estancia. El desayuno buffet fue impresionante, ofreciendo una amplia y deletreable selección que se ajustaba a una variedad de preferencias. La ubicación es otra ventaja notable. Situado cerca de la Plaza Sun, así como numerosos tiendas, cafés y restaurantes, el hotel es altamente recomendado para los viajeros que aprecian la conveniencia y la vibración del centro de Sapa, mientras que permanecen rodeados de su espectacular paisaje de montaña. Y para aquellos que buscan un hotel con una vista pintoresca del icónico tren de montaña Sapa, esto es definitivamente uno que considerar.
