CCalitosWe just came here without many informations about this hotel, but their hospitality from staffs was Really Really great. I felt like I was staying 5+star hotel from their kindness.
Picked up by hotel car, free sauna, free to use mini bar, great balcony view considering the cost of staying, and also took us to the station again when we left.
I would strongly recommend this hotel, and there is also sister hotel named Hotel Daniela probably also great guessing from my experience from Hotel Chesa Valese.
Hope everything well to the hotel family and staffs.
We really have enjoyed to staying there.

UUsuario invitado這是我在瑞士住的第一家酒店，住了兩晚。應該算是個四星級酒店？但是感受挺好的。先説優點，首先地理位置真的太太太好了，離火車站近到一個不行，出站對面有一個牌子，指着一條餐館旁的小路，走一分鐘就到酒店了.拿行李和坐火車不要太方便。雖然看不到馬特洪峯，但小露台景色也不差。酒店的前台是兩位女士，都很熱情，出入會打招呼，早餐比較一般吧，就是普通的歐洲早餐，可以單點免費的煎蛋或者蛋卷什麼的。缺點就是房間確實很小，洗手間很小，要站在浴缸裏洗澡（所以也就不可能泡澡了）。對了，退房的時候還很熱情的送了茶葉。

UUsuario invitadoWe arrived about 1300 and the hotel was able to provide a flexible early check-in -very good as it allowed us to do some afternoon sightseeing. Room was very good with nice features, space and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and provided good local advice. Only poor note was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing due to the inclement weather that occurred during our stay.

GGenesis.MYIt's within walking distance of Zermatt station and comes highly recommended for families with kids. The kids' club is very entertaining, and children can also enjoy the spa and pool. We will definitely return for a stay in a different season, as summer can be a bit too warm for staying in the room.

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

SsansanchengOur 2nd night in Zermatt, we chosen Bristol. The location is slightly far from train station but theres view to matterhorn. We stayed in mountain view room but due to weather, we did not see any.

XXuelangshanjukeEl hotel es un viento retrocedental, el bar es muy sensacional! ¡Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y paseo por cinco minutos. El servicio de la recepción está bien, bueno. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas, pero la mantenimiento es bueno, muy limpia. Dorme muy cómodo! El paisaje fuera de la ventana está bien.

Hotel is directly opposite cemetery but don’t think too much and u be fine! Room is small but cozy (my photo is wide angle so seem bigger)
Hotel is very helpful to help pack a breakfast bento for me as I be leaving before breakfast hours (just inform the day before). I also managed to keep luggage after checkout at the common area (no lock and key) and retrieve it later.
