We just came here without many informations about this hotel, but their hospitality from staffs was Really Really great. I felt like I was staying 5+star hotel from their kindness. Picked up by hotel car, free sauna, free to use mini bar, great balcony view considering the cost of staying, and also took us to the station again when we left. I would strongly recommend this hotel, and there is also sister hotel named Hotel Daniela probably also great guessing from my experience from Hotel Chesa Valese. Hope everything well to the hotel family and staffs. We really have enjoyed to staying there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy agradable cuando entramos. ¡La ubicación es buena, caminable a la zona principal de la calle. En realidad puedes conseguir el hotel para recogerte a través de su vehículo, también puedes enviarte a la estación de tren cuando te vayas. ¡También puedes ver Matterhorn desde el balcón!

All good. The hotel upgraded our room. Service very nice. Breakfast very nice. The only minor negative point is the fact that the hotel didn't provide toothbrush. Except this everything was perfect

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

Disfruté mucho mi estancia en este resort durante mi viaje a Zermatt. Desde la habitación se puede apreciar una hermosa vista del Matterhorn por la mañana. El desayuno es excelente. Lo recomiendo.

Vine a Zermatt durante un recorrido en profundidad por Suiza, ¡que es el mejor hotel de esta línea! La ubicación es muy fácil de encontrar. Nada más salir de la estación de tren, puede ver un autobús público con batería. Después de bajarse del autobús, puede caminar decenas de metros a través del supermercado. ¡Me encanta el diseño del césped del jardín a primera vista! La abuela de la recepción es muy agradable y te cuenta claramente sobre el hotel. Las habitaciones son grandes y están amuebladas de manera muy cómoda, con una amplia vista desde la ventana. La habitación también tiene una cocina, la mayoría de los utensilios de cocina están completos. Desayuno rico y ambiente confortable! Me alojé aquí por dos noches, ¡y los amigos de todos los tamaños son elogiados unánimemente! En particular, ¡la familia anfitriona del hotel es muy agradable y amigable! ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad!

The hotel is perfect. At first when I look at the photos, I thought it would be a cozy small wooden room which is a little bit worn out. But no! Everything is so new and clean. The location is perfect! Center of everything! Breakfast got a wide range of choices too. Staff are nice. One downside of the hotel is that for me, the pillow is wayyy too flat. I have to put the towels from the bathroom under the pillow. Other than that, perfect!

El personal fue constantemente amigable y útil durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando fue necesario. Al llegar a Zermatt y tomar el Gornergrat Bahn, se recomienda al hotel con antelación para que puedan organizar la recogida de equipajes en la estación de Riffelberg. El transporte de equipaje por sí mismo puede ser bastante difícil, ya que el camino implica caminar por la nieve y cruzar las zonas de esquí. El hotel tiene una vista atractiva y sin obstáculos sobre el Matterhorn, y la montaña es claramente visible desde el hotel y no hay necesidad de ir a otro lugar para disfrutar de esta vista icónica. El jacuzzi exterior es una característica maravillosa; sin embargo, en algunos días la temperatura del agua no fue suficientemente caliente, lo que lo hace cómodo para usar sólo en determinadas ocasiones. El restaurante es un menú de curso, y cada noche hay dos opciones principales: una de carne (que cambia diariamente, como carne de vacuno, cerdo o pescado) y una de vegetarianas. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena y sabrosa, pero el servicio es relativamente lento completar el curso completo tarda alrededor de dos horas. El hotel está bien equipado con un ascensor que ofrece acceso a todos los pisos, lo que es muy conveniente, especialmente cuando llevan sus propiedades.

La habitación era muy agradable y tranquila. Tiene un gran balcón que conecta el mismo piso. El autobús es de 10 francos por habitación por viaje. El hotel está situado entre la estación de tren y el Cablecar del Paraíso. A unos minutos de la calle 10-15.
