Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

Good: service , free shuttle service to the station, friendly staff , using l'occitane products Could be improved: breakfast with limited choices , kind of dissapointed. Booked a triple room and I can hear people talking beside the room ( poor soundproof )

La ubicación es muy cómoda, a 10 minutos a pie de la tienda central de la ciudad, y la estación de tren es muy conveniente, es muy amigable para los viajeros transnacionales ～ El cuarto es limpio y limpio, el cama es suave y cómodo, el efecto de aislamiento sonoro es excelente, es muy importante dormir tranquilo después de un vuelo largo. 這是一傢什麼樣的神仙酒店呀。訂的時候完全沒有預期到，因為采爾馬特衹有一天的時間，所以想在火車站附近找一家住。沒想到酒店不僅地理位置很方便（樓下就是商業街），硬件設施非常好，早餐也很豐富。因為離火車站和登山小火車都很近，完全來得及坐最早7點的小火車上山到最後一站Gornergrat，看到了日照金山。另外酒店前台Panna非常kind，給我們介紹了登山遊玩的路線，如何找黑臉羊的方位，還幫我們訂當地非常風味的餐廳。最後再一次感謝酒店Panna和Zoe對於我們這次行程的巨大幫助。

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

¡La ubicación era justo en el centro de la ciudad, muy conveniente! Los supermercados estaban caminando a distancia, e incluso las opciones de comida eran muchas como macdonalds, comida occidental, etc. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel fue en general muy acogedor y limpio, adecuado para un corto período de estancia. Las necesidades están a disposición como jabón, toallas, secador de pelo, tejido! Sólo recuerde que no hay nevera en la habitación si eso es su preocupación. Además, estadía perfecta!

The setting is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access in winter and stunning hiking trails in summer. Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special. Dining – 8.5/10 The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. Wellness & Spa – 10/10 The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny. Activities – 10/10 Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable. Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes.

Our 2nd night in Zermatt, we chosen Bristol. The location is slightly far from train station but theres view to matterhorn. We stayed in mountain view room but due to weather, we did not see any. Breakfast is good. Variety of choice.

I travel with my 80-year-old dad and visit Zermatt/Gornergrat for a day and take Glacier Express next morning, this hotel is in perfect location. Just a few minutes walk to train station and Gornergrat Railway. BTW, hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y sólo fuimos a la Chalet suiza justo en contra de nuestro hotel, servicios y comida es realmente bueno.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.
