Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

ツェルマットを楽しむのに最高の場所でした。 内装がとても可愛く全体的に温かみがあり、日本では味わえない非日常を体験できました。 部屋もゆったりと過ごせる広さで、ベランダのに出るとツェルマットの澄んだ空気を感じられて良かったです。眺望がある部屋ではありませんでしたが、それでも外に出られるのは良かったです。バスルームだけ狭さは感じましたがシャワーを浴びるだけなので許容範囲内です。 部屋の冷蔵庫中には水やビール、炭酸飲料などが用意されていて無料で頂けたのはとても嬉しかったです。物価の高いスイスでは有難いサービスだと思います。 ウェルカムスイーツとしてのリンツのチョコレートも、スイスらしさを感じられ嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食も一般的な洋風なブレックファーストといったラインナップでしたが、フルーツもチーズも素材が良いのかシンプルでありながら美味しく、個人的にはクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです♡あとオーダーしたら作ってくれるホットチョコやカプチーノなどのカフェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト時には駅まで送迎して頂けて助かりました。 スタッフの方も親しみやすい雰囲気で、良い滞在となりました。

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was spotless and we love the partial Matterhorn view. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Zermatt trip.

El hotel es un hotel maravilloso, tengo una visión de la ventana estrecha del Matterhorn. No hay que mencionar que el hotel está justo al lado de McDonald's y dos cafeterías. En general, fue una excelente experiencia para nosotros que nos quedamos en Derby. Si supieras, no es una revisión patrocinada.

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Single room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable, and a great shower! A tiny balcony with a spectacular view! Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was the only meal I had, and it was very good!

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were clean throughout my stay. The only thing I found a little unusual was being given the bedsheets and having to set up the bed myself. Not a big issue but it's not something you commonly experience at hotels. The breakfast had a good variety of options and while the location is a little outside central Zermatt, it's still easily accessible and offers a quieter atmosphere. I also ended up making some great friends during my stay which was a nice bonus. The only downside was the noise from the kids staying next door at night. It was a bit loud but it's understandable given that they were kids. Overall, I had a great experience.
