送迎サービス、受付の対応、部屋の清潔さ、景観、どれをとってもトップクラスです。値段はスイス基準で考えると許容範囲内です。スパには綺麗なサウナに加えて冷凍庫のような冷室もあるのでサウナ大好き日本人なら整い必至!朝食もとても美味しかったです

Localizado no centro de Zermatt. Quartos espaçosos, ficamos num com vista para Matterhorn, lindo. A equipe da recepção e concierge não são bons, não conseguimos muitas coisas com eles. O Bar é muito bom e o atendimento dele também, uma música muito agradável. Muito caro para a proposta.

Having visited Zermatt many times I've always wanted to stay at the Zermatterhof and did for 4 days recently, it's fair to say I was very impressed. I was collected by taxi at the station and given a warm welcome and tour by one of the exceptional reception staff once I got to the hotel. Despite only booking a single room I was given a lovely room (404) on a rear corner of the hotel with views of the town and the Sunnegga mountain. The room was fairly small but airy due to 2 windows and a pair of French doors and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was very small but perfectly adequate. It was kept immaculately clean and I was surprised to find some bedding changed daily and other items changed every 2 days. The maid was friendly and ensured that everything like coffee pods were plentiful. I was welcomed at breakfast each day by the manager who was charming and made me feel like a regular despite it being my first visit. There was a great choice of food available both hot and cold meaning I rarely ate lunch. The piano player delighted us with a wide variety from Bach to contemporary pop. High winds meant my skiing was curtailed but the spa was a blessing and never busy despite what I read from a previous visitor. The Lussi restaurant was ok but the menu wasn't as exciting or extensive as I would have liked. It was a lovely experience with absolutely amazing staff who exceeded by expectation on each occasion. I hope to return very soon.

Overall, great experience but hotel needs to keep up with the times to maintain its elite status. There needs to be a better ski valet. Currently guests carry skis, poles and boots to and from the mountain everyday. The hot tub is quite small and is usually filled in the late afternoon onwards. Service is great. Although my son and I were asked twice if we were guest at the hotel...cant help but think this related to us being POC.

I asked for an upgrade but I also offered to pay for it and they didn't give it to me, I checked online agencies and if they had availability, the mattresses in the room were terrible, we couldn't make the room cooler, the stay was very unfortunate, also if you know that the bells The attached church should at least offer earplugs.

Twenty-seven years since I last stayed in the Zermatterhof. It’s still as good as I remember, fantastic location, and our suite opened on to the terrace with a beautiful view of The Matterhorn; there are worse places to wake up! Love it.

Ihad a great experience at the Grand Hotel Zermatt! The hospitality and service exceeded my expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were able to promptly change my room when i couldn't book a family room during the reservation process, which was very helpful. It's wonderful that the hotel waived off the additional charges, showing their generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, my family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and described it as superb - the best we had so far! The delicious food and the overall experience made me feel like a queen. Based on your positive feedback, I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Zermatt to others who are looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a delightful breakfast experience.

Zermatt is great and among the best skiing areas in Europe with the majority of slopes above 2000m. Zermatterhof makes everything perfect. This hotel is truly world class. Service is exceptional. The rooms are wonderful. This time we stayed in the Grand Suite Matterhorn View, which was outstanding in all aspects with lots of space, beautiful furniture, incredible views towards Matterhorn and the town and just generally a completely wonderful experience. Probably the best room, we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed at many luxury hotels. Cannot recommend Grand Zermatterhof enough.

We went there at night to hang out at the bar. There was some live soft jazz from the piano player. the waitress was friendly (she was from Portugal). it was a nice relaxing evening. The drinks were excellent too. We made a 2nd stop on a different night. The 2nd night had a different piano player. He even asked for requests.
