Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Our stay at Beausite Zermatt was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, combining classic Swiss charm with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn — truly unforgettable. The wellness area was a highlight, especially after a day exploring Zermatt, with excellent spa facilities that were both relaxing and well organised. Breakfast was generous and high quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, and the dining experience overall was refined yet comfortable. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the village and transport. Beasite Zermatt delivers luxury without feeling pretentious, paired with genuine hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

All good. The hotel upgraded our room. Service very nice. Breakfast very nice. The only minor negative point is the fact that the hotel didn't provide toothbrush. Except this everything was perfect

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was spotless and we love the partial Matterhorn view. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Zermatt trip.

El personal fue constantemente amigable y útil durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando fue necesario. Al llegar a Zermatt y tomar el Gornergrat Bahn, se recomienda al hotel con antelación para que puedan organizar la recogida de equipajes en la estación de Riffelberg. El transporte de equipaje por sí mismo puede ser bastante difícil, ya que el camino implica caminar por la nieve y cruzar las zonas de esquí. El hotel tiene una vista atractiva y sin obstáculos sobre el Matterhorn, y la montaña es claramente visible desde el hotel y no hay necesidad de ir a otro lugar para disfrutar de esta vista icónica. El jacuzzi exterior es una característica maravillosa; sin embargo, en algunos días la temperatura del agua no fue suficientemente caliente, lo que lo hace cómodo para usar sólo en determinadas ocasiones. El restaurante es un menú de curso, y cada noche hay dos opciones principales: una de carne (que cambia diariamente, como carne de vacuno, cerdo o pescado) y una de vegetarianas. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena y sabrosa, pero el servicio es relativamente lento completar el curso completo tarda alrededor de dos horas. El hotel está bien equipado con un ascensor que ofrece acceso a todos los pisos, lo que es muy conveniente, especialmente cuando llevan sus propiedades.

Kristiane checked us in, and out of the hotel. She's the most attentive person so far that I've met, among the hotels that I have stayed in. Not only that, she got our issues fixed within the day, with a good sense of humour. The hotel breakfast was above average, some selection of cheeses, ham, salami, yoghurt, and drinks dispensed from the machine. I chose this hotel as it was close to Zermatt Bahnhof, and I did not regret it. A relatively new hotel, with a faint smell of wood in the room. The heating in the room can be a wee bit stronger, it means the insulation is good while we tuned down the central heating throughout our stay when the external temp is subzero. It's a gorgeous hotel, I have a narrow window view of the Matterhorn. Not to mention that the hotel is right next to McDonald's and two coffee shops. Overall, it was a splendid experience for us staying at Derby. If you were guessing, this isn't a sponsored review. We were just very happy travellers.

Our 2nd night in Zermatt, we chosen Bristol. The location is slightly far from train station but theres view to matterhorn. We stayed in mountain view room but due to weather, we did not see any. Breakfast is good. Variety of choice.

¡Estuvo bien! Está lejos de la estación, pero hay un autobús gratuito que te lleva hasta allí en 2 minutos a pie. También se recomienda caminar hasta la estación por la mañana tirando de un portabebés. ¡El paisaje urbano es tan hermoso que nunca me canso de él! Además, la recepcionista fue muy amable y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Como es un albergue, no me proporcionaron toallas, pero quedé satisfecho. El desayuno también estuvo delicioso,🤤 ¡La vista desde la habitación era increíble! ¡Por la noche, todos siguieron las reglas y fue tranquilo y agradable!
