Our stay at The Peninsula was exceptional. The amenities were complete and the staff were accommodating. The diversity of choices in the breakfast buffet was also amazing. I look forward to staying in it again in the future.

Summary of Experience 1.Check-In: The check-in desk was efficient and friendly. 2.Dining Experience: I stayed for 4 nights, enjoying 4 breakfasts, 2 buffet dinners, and 1 dinner at the Italian restaurant on the 20th floor. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant. 3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement. 4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied. 5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response. 6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.

Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff and even shops inside the building. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so is the gym. The area around the hotel is a bit worn down.

La higiene es limpia, el espacio es grande.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Está bien comer por la mañana. Si viaja temprano, puede desayunar solo. Es solo pan y pasteles sencillos. El portero y el camarero son buenos. Pero no hay hervidor en la habitación

Aquí está un hotel muy agradable, pero muy ruido en la noche alguien estaba celebrando una fiesta con algunas personas hasta las 0400. La ciudad de Chittagong no es fácil de visitar.Necesita estar allí para negocios y un hotel debe ser un lugar muy limpio y tranquilo para sus huéspedes. No es fácil cargar su teléfono, pero está limpio y la cama está bien.
