The staff are friendly and helpful. The dome on the right side of the resort, with a view of Prince Island, is highly recommended for couples. The new bungalows on the left side of the resort are also great for families and offer a partial sea view.

En general, un hermoso resort en una isla camboyana. Aunque los empleados pueden ser un poco lento y inadvertida, el trabajo se hace. El desayuno está bien y la comida es bastante buena. Mi habitación era limpia y razonablemente cómoda. Si quieres ir a algún lugar y sentarse en la playa y tomar bebidas, este lugar es ideal - atmósfera tranquila, cómodas sillas de playa y mar hermoso. El resort está en una extremidad de una gran playa y puede caminar 20-30 minutos a pie a una tienda y a unos pocos establecimientos. La casa de vacaciones es una de las mejores de las que se encuentran en el hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in January 2026 and changed two rooms — one with a sea view and one with a garden view. The rooms were amazing: spacious, clean, with fresh furniture and recent renovations. We really loved them. Huge windows and curtains controlled by a remote — it’s absolutely wonderful to open the curtains in the morning with a remote while lying in bed. Sunrise, the sea — incredibly beautiful. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. They literally anticipate your wishes and help with everything — from carrying suitcases to the room to inflating a large rubber mattress for the children. The restaurant is very good, with a varied menu and tasty food. Breakfast has everything: different types of eggs, pancakes, fritters, waffles, delicious juices. Essentially, all our wishes were satisfied by the restaurant. The highlight is the Surf Club — an artificial wave and the opportunity to surf, with one free hour daily for guests. My older child practically lived there and learned to stand on the board. I would also like to especially note the cleanliness of the beach. It is constantly maintained: the sand is not just leveled with rakes but actually sifted with special equipment. You won’t find a single stick, large shell, cigarette butt, or anything like that. The sand is perfectly clean, the sun loungers are good, the mattresses are clean. It’s simply a paradise. This place is wonderful not just because of its location, but because the staff make maximum effort to create comfort, cleanliness, and a truly pleasant atmosphere.

Pro: Todo es perfecto cuando nos quedamos aquí. La habitación es muy bonita y la playa es realmente maravillosa. La playa es maravillosa. La piscina también es muy bonita. La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Contra: Nos quedamos 3 días 2 noches y en nuestro 2o día, le pedimos que nuestra habitación esté limpia. También tenemos cena en nuestro segundo día y preguntamos si podemos conseguir el agua. El restaurante no tiene agua gratuita. Sólo venden botellas de agua que tenemos que pagar. Si queremos obtener agua gratuita, tenemos que conseguirla del receptor y no del restaurante. También no ofrecen una pad femenina. Debemos comprarla fuera y es muy lejos si queremos comprarla. No hay muchas opciones de restaurante.

We super enjoyed the breakfast. It was raining hard for 2 days when went that’s why the kids were sad not swimming in the main pool and the beach but there were lots of things to do indoors. They have a playground, pool, table tennis, dart and football table so the kids weren’t got bored. They also have the rent a bike which we wanted to try since the place is big and it is nice to explore but the weather didn’t permit us. It has been our 6 times in this hotel. Our favorite go to hotel resort there at SHV. By the way, they have another pool which is also nice.

Informa al personal del hotel sobre tu hora de llegada y te recibirán en el muelle de Saracen con su barco, te ayudarán con tu equipaje y te llevarán directamente al hotel. Adjunto una foto de un muelle y un barco de este hotel; por cierto, te enviarán de vuelta al muelle cuando salgas de la isla. El personal es extremadamente servicial y amable, ¡son muy agradables! Nos alojamos en la clase económica B33. La habitación (en realidad, una casa pequeña) es acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario: toallas, kits dentales, gel de ducha y champú, secador de pelo, caja fuerte, perchas, armario, muchos cajones. Hay toallas de playa si las necesitas; puedes pedirlas en la recepción por la mañana. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el agua del baño se evaporaba bastante bien, sin embargo, algunas personas dijeron lo contrario en sus comentarios. Había estado muy tranquilo incluso cuando había ruido en el restaurante. El restaurante es genial, hemos probado muchos platos, todos estaban deliciosos, las porciones eran lo suficientemente grandes. Tienen postres y sus pana cotta y brownies son increíbles. Solo una cosa fue decepcionante, la falta de una puesta de sol, está en la otra orilla de la isla, puedes verla en la playa tranquila, no está tan lejos como la playa del atardecer. También puedes caminar hasta el resort Laguna en esta orilla, si no quieres atravesar la jungla, la puesta de sol también es muy hermosa allí. ¡Muchas gracias por todos sus esfuerzos para hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran especiales! Novotel Sihanoukville – My Honest Review I recently stayed at Novotel Sihanoukville with my family, and unfortunately, the overall experience was below my expectations. The first issue was the hotel's policy on outside food and drinks. There is a sign clearly stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed. However, it doesn't seem to be enforced. The corridor on my floor was constantly filled with strong food smells, and even my kids' room was affected. The smell became so unpleasant that I had to request the hotel to spray the room. I also noticed that some rooms appeared to have more than five guests staying together. I'm not sure whether the hotel allows this or whether it is being monitored properly. I strictly followed the hotel policy and booked two rooms for my family, so it felt a little unfair if others were not following the same rules. As for the food, both the seafood dinner buffet and breakfast were just average. They were acceptable, but they did not meet the standard I normally expect from an Accor hotel. The room itself was comfortable enough, but the bathroom ventilation needs improvement. Whenever someone used the toilet, the smell spread throughout the entire room because the exhaust ventilation was not effective. The biggest highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and the swimming pool bar crew, they consistently provided excellent service. They were the best part of our stay. One major disappointment was the swimming pool. The water did not look clean, and it discouraged me from swimming. This was something I really did not expect from a Novotel property. Overall, I left feeling that the hotel has good potential, especially because of its excellent staff, but the facilities and overall maintenance need improvement. With better enforcement of hotel policies, cleaner facilities, improved ventilation, and higher food quality, I believe the guest experience could be much better. Overall rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Had a great little vacation here. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. They provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations
