Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

The location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

A pesar de que ya pasó dos años del huracán Otis aún está en reparación algunas áreas, baños. En general muy bien, el personal amable, puede mejorar mucho más. La comida está buena y las albercas que si funcionan bien.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

El edificio es muy antiguo y el wifi era pésimo. No se puede encontrar en las fotos, pero es bastante diferente a las fotos de los anuncios. Sin embargo, disfruté de la ubicación y el personal es amable y agradable, la habitación era lo suficientemente grande y disfruté.

Pleasant stay -  room and bathroom very clean . Walking distance to zocalo. Will not hesitate to stay again should I return. Be aware though that there is no elevator and rooms are either up or down from he lobby.

Excelente ubicacion a unas calles de la playa. Siempre estuvo muy limpio. Agua caliente y aire acondicionado nunca faltaron. Fue una buena experiencia con lo indispensable para nuestro viaje.

El lugar es perfecto para vacaciones. La comida es muy buena, las bebidas me encantaron, y la pesca del día es muy sabrosa, eso sí, hay que hacer fila desde temprano para alcanzar lugar. Ofrecen eventos nocturnos, shows, y me encantó el paseo en bicicleta por la reserva natural Vicente Guerrero. Personal amable, alberca limpia y gimnasio muy completo.

🚗 Transporte: Tome un taxi al aeropuerto por 450 pesos por persona, en una pequeña península hermosa, a 25 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto. 🧹 Higiene: Impecable, el patio está hasta limpio 🍃Entorno: Cada una es una villa unifamiliar con una pequeña piscina privada, con buena privacidad. La vista de la bahía ya es hermosa y tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio. 🔔Servicio: servicio a la habitación las 24 horas, llame al carrito de golf en el parque en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar. Vale la pena probar el restaurante tailandés, la sopa de pescado realmente tiene el sabor de la abuela, y el restaurante puede ver la puesta de sol y un paisaje inolvidable. El mejor hotel de Acapulco sin duda, merece 5 estrellas.

Disfruté mucho de mi estancia aquí. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Excelente ubicación con vistas impresionantes.
