FFabiánBuena estadía. Atención muy amables y todo. Las habitaciones para ser de alto precio, muy sencillas, para el dinero pagado. Con vistas fatales. Porque se hizo la reserva con dinero extra por vistas a la bahía. Hemos venido desde Madrid- España y el único inconveniente ha sido que el coche del parking vino golpeado y no nos dieron solución.

UUsuario invitadoFor being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

YYizhiteliduxingzoudedaxiaPerdí el autobús 112. Desde Manhattan, tomé un tren de 10 dólares al aeropuerto. Luego, del tren pasé al tren lanzadera del aeropuerto, y fue muy conveniente llegar a la P4. Bajando las escaleras estaban las paradas de los autobuses lanzadera de los diferentes hoteles. El de este hotel estaba bajo el letrero número 2. Tuve suerte, el autobús llegó en 2 minutos y me llevó directamente al hotel. El servicio del personal fue muy bueno. Había agua y máquina de hielo disponibles. La habitación también estaba bastante bien, aunque el papel pintado estaba un poco sucio. Como era solo para pasar una noche de tránsito, no hacía falta ser muy exigente. Por la mañana, el autobús lanzadera al aeropuerto también transcurrió sin problemas.
