Picked here cause the location is awesome. Visiting again and everything was expected, only very minor issues like fighting for a car park, slight shower damage and co fusing layout. But it dint deter from a nice night sleep and free brekkie before heading out. The best part is still the location, you’re inside a national park!

The location is beautiful. Our room is very clean, spacious and smells very nice. Not much to view outside our terrace but the lush green plants make it very peaceful. The restaurant served very delicious food and beverages. The staff are very helpful, happy and accomodating. One small inconvenience I had was difficulty connecting to WiFi in our bedroom, other than that, we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages.

Nos quedamos en York en Lilydale porque estuvimos allí para una excursión. Nos sorprendió lo agradable que era la habitación. Bella vista, cómoda cama y spa era de lujo. Uno de los hoteles más agradables que he estado en. Si no tuviera que trabajar, habría estado otra noche.

Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Anuncian un servicio de transporte, pero esperé más de 30 minutos y nunca apareció. Cuando llamé, me dijeron que tendría que esperar más. Pensé que se podía ir caminando, así que caminé. Se lo comenté a la gerente, pero no me atendió porque nunca tomó mi nombre ni mi número de habitación. El registro en el quiosco es muy fácil y práctico. Hay servicio de habitaciones o restaurante en el vestíbulo. La habitación tenía unas vistas increíbles y, en general, estaba impecable. No había agua en la habitación, pero se podía comprar en el restaurante. Dormí de maravilla y el baño estaba muy limpio.

Volé de Pekín a Melbourne. Como tenía que cambiar de avión al día siguiente para ir a otros lugares, elegí este hotel por primera vez. Me pareció que el servicio de recogida fue muy práctico y que el joven conductor fue muy paciente. La habitación era de tamaño moderado (unos 20 metros cuadrados), limpia y ordenada, con una distribución razonable y acogedora. El restaurante del hotel ofrecía una variedad de platos. Además, había un gerente que hablaba chino, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación.

Sin duda, volvería a alojarme en este hotel; el registro fue rapidísimo. La habitación era muy pequeña, y la cama también, pero la decoración era nueva y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas de la ciudad desde la ventana eran muy buenas. El precio era muy atractivo y la ubicación muy conveniente; se puede ir andando a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El único inconveniente es que está un poco cerca de las vías del tren, así que quienes tengan problemas para dormir deberían llevar tapones para los oídos. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y se estropeaba con frecuencia.

Llegamos tarde, pero conseguimos recoger las llaves. Muchas gracias. El baño en la habitación está muy frío durante el período de junio. El calor en la habitación no cubre ese espacio. El agua también podría ser un poco más caliente durante el invierno.

I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.
