Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

I enjoyed my stay at Pegasus Apart'Hotel. The location is great and easy to access Queen Victoria Market. The room was spacious and had all the kitchenware needed, making it convenient for preparing breakfast. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend staying here.

This was an h expected surprise as we booked o it 24 hrs before check in. The place was amazingly located basically in the middle of the parklands, how's they get council approval for that? Breakfast included was awesome as it's a disappearing amenity. The room is small but it's not a concern as it has great style and didn't feel cramped for a couple. This will be my future go to place for any future trip.

Its location is near Pan Pacific and Novotel Hotel. These 3 hotels are next to Melbourne Convention Centre. From Skybus Southcross station walk to hotel is around 20 mins. From hotel walk to Crown Casino Hotel is around the same time. Room size is big and it's like an apartment with the kitchen, dining room, washroom and bedroom. Room view is not what I expected to see the Yarra River. Will consider staying at other hotels next time.

En general, me gustó todo. Buen internet. Camas cómodas. Buena presión de agua. Hay hervidor y nevera. Mikhail, el encargado de recepción, es muy amable. Todos los lugares de interés están a poca distancia a pie. También me gustaría destacar que la mayoría de los tours te recogen directamente en el hotel y te dejan justo al lado o en el Museo del Inmigrante, a cinco minutos a pie. Recomiendo reservar tours con Go West Tours: compra online en su página web; todo es fácil y cómodo. La Great Ocean Road, el desfile de pingüinos y Puffing Billy son imprescindibles. :) Para desayunar: Cuff, a dos minutos a pie; los huevos florentinos están riquísimos. Andiamo, también a dos minutos a pie, abre los domingos. Todo está delicioso, pero Cuff es mejor. Tienen terraza y un zumo de naranja excelente. Para cenar y comer: Tian38, un restaurante singapurense, está a la vuelta de la esquina; es delicioso. Recomiendo el menú del día por 65 $ por persona. O la deliciosa berenjena y el pollo hainanés. Fuimos tres veces y nos encantó. El Black Prince, un restaurante indio, está a 20 minutos a pie del hotel. Recomiendo encarecidamente el pollo con mantequilla británico. Al hacer el check-in, piden un depósito: 1 $ con tarjeta de crédito y 100 $ con tarjeta de débito. Si las tarjetas no funcionan, cobran 300 $ en efectivo, y solo en moneda local. Es un sistema un poco raro; soy el único hotel en Australia donde me ha pasado.

Como el hotel vibe y el personal amigable. Gran aparcamiento gratuito. Muy buena y grande habitación. Para algunos más $$$ se puede obtener vista al golf, de lo contrario la habitación se enfrentará al aparcamiento. No le gustaba el desayuno - un poco sobrepreciado, se pagó por el niño pequeño también y no tanto para comer

Good: Great location near china town, trams, and attractions. Very friendly staff that is happy to help you. Easy to get to and from the airport. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Not so good: The shower open design makes it difficult to have a pleasant warm shower. Everything will get wet so make sure to get extra towels.

Beautiful accomodation and scenery. We stayed recently only for one night as we were near by for a friend’s wedding. We would love to come back and utilise the facilities more, especially the golf course! We also ordered room service, which wasn’t that great. We had burgers (veggie and beef) and were both underwhelmed. I can’t vouch for other choices though! The included breakfast was delicious.

Really good for the money. I usually stay in budget places because I'm trying to save money. This is really nice compared to some of the other places I've stayed for the same money. It is a little tired, but the bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and nice furnishings etc. My tariff included breakfast which was a buffet of cereal, toast and a few cooked things (bacon, mushrooms, sausages, eggs etc). My only negative that it is on the corner of two busy roads so there is always traffic noise. It is close to a small shopping centre, and I had dinner at a nice persian restaurant across the road so those are all positives. There was parking when I arrived but it was quite full the next morning so I'm not sure whether it would ever be difficult to park.

The location is about 1hour bus ride from the city but it is well connected with public transport. The Westfield mall is great. Room was very clean but no business table for you to work but there’s ample space to work downstairs. It doesn’t have a direct USB charger. Staff were overall friendly and professional. The breakfast was quite good! Their coffee and beers were good. Gym was sufficiently equip with the equipments. It has laundry services at an extra charge.
