El servicio fue excelente y las instalaciones increíbles. Una piscina enorme y un restaurante encantador. La comida también estuvo buenísima. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero hay algunos lugares geniales por la zona. Hay un autobús lanzadera que te lleva directamente al centro comercial SM Mall y a la zona de bares de Walking Street. Reservaré aquí de nuevo si vuelvo.

Excelente servicio. Estacionamiento era muy lejos. La piscina era agradable y la playa era agradable. La comida era cara y no muy grande. Hay un pequeño restaurante en la playa. A la proximidad del hotel que tiene muy buenos alimentos. Muy razonable hay muchas cosas interesantes alrededor. Cantores de la vida nocturna. Es un lugar interesante caminando alrededor

Al principio nos dieron una habitación vieja, cuyo olor era muy desagradable, así que les pregunté si podíamos tener la primera habitación que probamos hace dos semanas. La recepcionista me pidió 500 PHP adicionales para mejorarla y sí, nos dieron la primera habitación que probamos. Seguiremos viniendo mientras podamos tener las nuevas habitaciones, jeje.

Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

Hotel has a casino, staff are accommodating near restaurants, rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet ok but not great, overall good hotel except the AC was way too cold, called maintenance twice but to no avail

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

La habitación era limpia, hermosa y espaciosa. Disfrutamos del baño en el balcón. El personal es muy amable, rápido y acomodable. El gimnasio también es sorprendentemente agradable. Y oh, nos encanta totalmente el baño japonés! La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Reservado el Studio B para mi estancia 4d3n. Decente por el precio. Pude oír a la gente cantando karaoke. No me molestó mucho, pero tal vez a algunos. El bar estaba bien. TV remoto no funcionaba correctamente alguna vez. La cama está bien de nuevo no espera mucho. Al menos no sucia ni infestada con insectos o bugs. Definitivamente reservaría de nuevo.

Estado en este hotel dos veces por cumpleaños. Fue genial. Amamos el hotel! Lo único que notamos es la internet en una de las habitaciones que hemos estado en fue patchy. Pero no arruinó nuestra estadía. El personal está tan acomodado. Ellos priorizaron nuestro confort. 🫶🏻
