Very comfortable place to stay, bathroom even come with a heat lamp which is a big plus during colder season. Things lacking are bedroom do not have any electrical outlet, need to charge all electronics at living room. 2ndly, no ac unit in bedroom, only have 1 ac in the living room. Very friendly receptionist, greeted well by her.

Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes. Pros- Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel. Spacious and clean rooms Nespresso machine and capsules are provided Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful Cons. Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late. Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room. Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in.

After a long day of driving, we arrived at the place because we just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom. It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.

My room is on the ground floor and facing the garden. The place is so nice and you get to see a bunny playing around the garden. Walking distance to Coles supermarket and restaurant. When the night comes, I managed to stargazing as the sky is very clear on that day. Margaret town is quite cold at night and morning than CBD. There is a private parking lot for you to park near to your room.

Overall, the stay was good. We like the quietness. The location is good, very near to airport. Can stay for a quick rest.

Very nice environment with friendly staff - There’s a few on-site barbecues and a catering area so we were able to make ourselves some nice meals and enjoy in the catering area. Check in and out was seamless, great stay!

I got checked into a room which already had a guest in it. The desk clerk, all be a bit flustered, and sorted it out. After departure, my credit card was charged for another guests room service dinner. After having to prove that I didn’t stay in the room they thought I did, as well as prove that the signature, which didn’t look anything like mine, wasn’t mine and that I wasn’t even checked in at the hotel when the room service order was placed, I received the money back. Due to this, I doubt I will be back & I had stayed there plenty of times. The room is a bit tired, but was clean.

Excellent location if you like being close to a beach - the beach close by is unsuitable to swim in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which had everything we needed. The service at check-in was fine with all relevant information communicated. The complex is gated, so the added security is a nice touch. Overall, very happy with our 3 nights there and will look to staying there again if we find ourselves in Geraldton
