Es un antiguo hotel..., en el centro de la ciudad. It's close to Apple store.. , like 10-15 minutes walking. La habitación es buena.. , tengo una suite de Studio King. No hay problemas con los ascensores. Muy buena desayuno.. (omelette saborosa). Hay algunos cobardes que se quedan dormidos (habitando) en las calles laterales alrededor del hotel. ¡Yo me quedaría otra vez!!

After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business. Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel). There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel). Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings. Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy. However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets. Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good. My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment. Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice. Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

Hyatt Centric was a super clean, safe, and amazing hotel. It was located in an excellent part of downtown (right next to a Stumptown Coffee!). The hotel is designed in a very sleak manner with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and opening a wine bottle & giving wine glasses to drink the wine in my room. The price was excellent for the quality of the hotel, in my opinion, and I would definitely stay here again. Traveling as a married couple with my parents.

Nos decepcionamos mucho descubrir que no había elementos esenciales de la cocina, supongo que no estudiamos la impresión de buena para entender eso, pero honestamente .....no incluso una taza para obtener una copa de??? No hay hielo en el hotel, y no hay manera de hacer hielo en el congelador en la habitación? La cama de tiro no tenía camas ni cucharas. Había un rollo de papel higiénico para tres de nosotros por tres noches. NO TOWELS DE MÁNDA es ridículo!!! Cuando les pregunté sobre ellos, el agente dijo que debíamos usar nuestra ropa de lavandería. Las toallas de baño eran pequeñas y inadecuadas. Pero, por mucho ...., la peor cosa sobre este lugar era que no había agua caliente en el duche!! Se dejó claro que el helicóptero había sido ajustado deliberadamente para parar en posición recta, sin permitir que el helicóptero se girara a la izquierda hacia el lado del agua caliente. Después de que todos tuviéramos que soportar una ducha caliente, me pregunté en el escritorio y se nos dijo que tendríamos que salir de la habitación para que la repararan. Así que lo hicimos. La mañana siguiente? Aún más frío!!! Sólo eso, creo que justifica una devolución completa. OH.......y para arribarlo fuera ....a locura dama gritando profanidades estaba en el estacionamiento y el agente de escritorio resuelto el problema al ... traerla al hotel para estar con todos nosotros. ¿Cómo es esto correcto? ¿Cómo es esto cualquier manera de ejecutar un nuevo hotel de marca. ¿Cómo es este lugar digno de la marca Choice Hotel? No es. Espero que un representante me contacte por un crédito parcial. Los duches fríos no son lo que me pagué. Gracias.

Este hotel es muy nuevo, dos ascensores, y hay muchas habitaciones. Esta vez he reservado un cuarto personal, me siento justo bien y cómodo. La actitud del servicio personal es muy buena. El salón es muy grande y muy adecuado para pasar en el patio; el desayuno es muy opcional

La habitación era limpia y ordenada. La caja estaba en el tapete, pero nada malo. La habitación era muy agradable, y la habitación era muy agradable. Esto hizo que entrar y salir de mi coche fuera muy difícil cuando estaba estacionado. El hotel era muy fácil de encontrar y estaba justo fuera de I-5. Sin embargo, le advierto que la entrada está encerrada en la parte trasera.

This hotel smells like Christmas morning because of the fireplaces and the scent diffusers, very cool feature I haven't seen anywhere else. Very nice front desk staff, windows that open, fireplaces, and despite an ongoing renovation there wasn't any chaotic banging / drilling or paint, they kept everything very professional. There are 3 different Marriot properties all next to each other in this area, this Residence, the Fairfield and the Courtyard. They all sort of share the same parking lot, it feels secure, although you get some loud cars coming through and this hotel is right off the highway exit, so some people complain about car noise. I didn't notice / mind it that much. For some reason the nightly rates went way up since I stayed here, from around $108 to now over $170 before taxes. At the initial rate, it was an amazing deal and the best Residence Inn by far. At this new price it's still a solid, very clean and professional hotel but I think it's priced too expensive relative to the amenities.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

The ladies working the front desk in the mornings are absolute angels. I can't say enough nice things about them. I don't know if they're the owners of the place but they are the most kind, considerate, mindful, down to earth beings I've met in a very long time. The staff are always so very kind, motherly, considerate and concise. I stay here often since i work on the bridge nearby and I've always had an enjoyable, relaxing, carefree, and unobstructed stay here. Clean rooms, hallways, amenities. I've never had anything to complain about whatsoever. I've said it once before that everybody there deserves a raise because they are an absolute dream team by the way they make the entire hotel run so efficiently and effectively, and go out of their ways every time to make sure my stay is always a breeze.
