I really had a pleasant stay. Everything about the hotel was relaxing and although I didn’t sleep well (due to being in a different bed to my own) there was nothing I could complain about. Staff were great, breakfast was ok (selection of cooked breakfast, pastries, toast,cereals & fruit) and you’re greeted with that famous cookie! :)

The room was bigger than expected and had a patio to sit out on, the bed was comfy and everything is situated a short walk from the mews rooms. I did notice the bathroom was a bit dirty and the hot water for the shower went completely this morning. The maintenance man had to come out and fix the boiler to rectify the issue. The location is absolutely stunning and the gardens are well kept. It is really a beautiful part of the UK and the main manor building is lovely. The gardenia restaurant is closed a few days of the week for dinner and also breakfast which I didn’t think was ideal. So we had to go outside to eat dinner as the spa restaurant wasn’t really what I was looking for, for a nice evening meal. For breakfast we had to go to the sage spa restaurant which had a very limited selection of food. There were about 6 dishes to choose from, they said The chef doesn’t cook scrambled egg which is a breakfast essential so I basically had to have a plate of toast. As there was nothing that I wanted on the menu and I was told the smoothie machine was broken so I couldn’t even opt for that instead. This happened straight after the hot water had gone so was a bit of a dampener. I came to the hotel a few years ago when you didn’t have to pay for the spa access but now you do which is a bit annoying. Especially as you can only visit during breakfast or dinner hours even with the £20 surcharge. So then you have to either eat very late at night or have a late lunch otherwise the £20 won’t be well spent and you’d have to leave the spa after an hour

We had a last minute stay here and it’s good value for the price. The spa was nice with all the facilities working properly, jacuzzi and steam rooms were hot. The food was excellent quality, I’ve never had such a large and thick burger at any establishment but for £20 I’d expect this. Room and cleaning was ok but a bit tired. Lovely country pub about a five minute walk away and a large M&S and Costa next door. The one thing that compromises the whole Orida brand is charging £6 for parking. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to charge this to staying customers and it’s a complete let down to the entire onsite service. Theres no town or station within walking distance so why would you penalise your guests with this extra tax. There’s a free car park next door in Costa or M&S so anyone using the hotel car park is clearly staying overnight. Will not be staying again here until this is put right

My wife and I stayed for three nights to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was exceptional and especially all the staff who couldn't do enough for us and with a smile and good humour. The service was spot on as was the food in the restaurant, we ate there on all three nights and enjoyed top cuisine, wines and beers. A special touch was the 'Happy Anniversary' slate with a couple of coconut ice sweets! The breakfasts were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, although we found the bacon just slightly tough but totally edible. Superb poached eggs! As a comment fresh fish would have been a nice addition at breakfast although smoked salmon was available. The bed was very comfortable and the room spotless and with most of the facilities one would expect. It would have been helpful to have a non-slip mat for the bath as well as a grab handle for safety. Also soap dispensers next the shower would have been helpful. As the summer is extremely hot (2026) air conditioning was very welcome! The spa facilities were lovely too!

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

Reservamos este hotel para su ubicación y spa. El hotel era hermoso, pero el spa era sucio y no dispone de instalaciones de experiencias de spa. La experiencia del spa decepcionante para un hotel 4* y sentirse como este hotel ha perdido la publicidad de las instalaciones. El camión al spa estaba abajo antes de las 6:00 en el día de San Valentín. En el check-in se nos dijo que usted conseguirá toallas y ropa en el spa y la última entrada al spa fue a las 8:30 pm. Cuando llegamos a la recepción en el spa, sólo nos dijeron que había una toalla y que los vestidos eran sólo para los huéspedes en un paquete de spa, contrariamente a lo que nos dijeron al check-in en el hotel. La zona de la piscina y las habitaciones cambiantes estaban muy sucias. La zona en la que el jacuzzi era habitual había sido embarcado y parecía que había sido durante mucho tiempo. La piscina era fría y sucia.

Good hotel, great location for visits to Leeds Castle & Chatham dockyard. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free parking (remember to register your registration plate), very helpful & competent reception staff. Room was OK for 2 adults / 1 child, however quite hot (in end of March). Windows need replacing though, lots of condensation in the morning. Shame we were inland facing rather that outward looking at the grounds / greenery. Enjoyed using the pool area with lifeguard present. Changjng rooms & pool were clean however needs a bit a maintenance - pool ceiling for example. Overall pretty good budget hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with extremely spacious rooms and en suites. The Orangerie dining room has a lovely outlook onto the peaceful grounds. Although we didn't have an evening meal there, we did enjoy the breakfast. The staff were extremely accommodating with our delightful little son/grandson of ten months and deserve praise for their hospitality. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Beacon Hotel (four minute drive or 20 minite walk with a pram) so it was incredibly convenient. As its a spa hotel, I felt obliged (!) to have a wonderful massage which although £110 was well worth it! A 20 minute walk takes you to the charming Pantiles area of Tonbridge Wells which had lots of eateries and was very unusual - quite unexpected. Everything about the hotel was great value. It could do with slightly updating in decor but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

La última vez que visité Rowhill hace más de 15 años, desgraciadamente perdió su exclusivo y lujoso aspecto y sentimiento. Aunque las habitaciones han cambiado y tienen un aspecto más moderno, el acabado no es grande y las opciones de color no son agradables en las pinturas.
