Our hotel stay was generally great. All employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and appreciated. The only issue was not having enough elevators running during busy times of the day.

There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.

En general, no es bueno, cumple este precio de estacionamiento un poco caro, más de cincuenta días, si él te ayudó a estacionar 65. La comida no es tan buena, pero en general es buena.

Perfect location, clean facility, everything we needed on our way to Utah

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didn’t notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.

Excelente ubicación lo suficientemente cerca del Centro de Convenciones para caminar hasta nuestro espectáculo/evento. Lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a muchas opciones de restaurantes, desde Taco Bell y Chipotle hasta Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excelente comida tailandesa, etc. No tuvimos que usar ni mover nuestro vehículo durante toda la estadía. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda y el personal era servicial. El gran y único problema que tuvimos fue que no había agua caliente en la habitación durante los primeros dos días de nuestra estadía y esa ducha caliente es vital. Nos complementaron con el desayuno y una bebida por un día, por lo que esto ayudó a compensar la falta de agua caliente en el hotel durante esos dos días. El desayuno fue excelente y la única comida caliente que pudimos tomar en las 3 mañanas que estuvimos en Denver, pero habría estado económicamente fuera de nuestro alcance si no fuera gratuito.

Grande hotel

Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big! Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.
