Esta era la segunda vez que me hospedaba en este hotel. Hice el check-in a toda prisa en plena madrugada para tomar mi tren a las 5 de la mañana. El personal fue muy amable, pero la zona carecía de servicios, lo que dificultaba encontrar lugares para comer.

Una buena opción para una escala en el aeropuerto o un descanso de un día. No es muy conveniente comer cerca, si tus necesidades no son altas, puedes ir al metro cercano. Cerca del aeropuerto.

A 10 min del aeropuerto con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Mini gel de ducha y champú. Cepillo de dientes + pasta de dientes. Café, té. Personal agradable y servicial. Una pena que las sábanas tenían manchas, la funda de la almohada estaba rota y parecía que había chinches. A las paredes también les vendría bien un poco de pintura.

I always love coming back to this hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere makes every stay enjoyable. It's consistently a great experience, and I always look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, we were there for 2 nights only but it was absolutely lovely and the staff was very accomodating. Amazing buffet for breakfast and food from the restaurant

This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Hotel de paso para estar cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene transfer gratuito aunque cuesta mucho localizarlos. Les mandamos un mensaje por la app, por mail y por su página web y no responden. Finalmente conseguimos este telefono del conductor con el que pudimos hablar por WhatsApp y organizar la recogida en el aeropuerto: +62 811-9457-002 Habitaciones con olor a humedad muy fuerte. Del techo del baño cayeron gotas. Nos costó dormir porque toda la noche escuchaba un ruido como de un carrito moviendo cosas.

Gracias Santika por cuidar de mi mefew. Se ha encontrado un accidente de coche para llegar a Santika casi 2am pero todavía puede comprobar con facilidad. El hotel está a pocos pasos de Nusantara Room Ice BSD para la ceremonia de graduación
