Cuando llegamos allí las sombras estaban arriba y la habitación era muy caliente, se tardó mucho para refrigerar la habitación. En la mañana, nos disfrutamos de la luz exterior, sin embargo. La habitación era muy pequeña y muy pequeña. Oh, nos habría gustado una microonda en la habitación. Sólo esperamos un poco más por el precio que pagamos. Pero lo hicimos todo lo posible y nos disfrutamos de tiempo allí. Gracias por su servicio al hacerlo cómodo.
Reservé dos habitaciones, una con cama king y otra con dos camas individuales. No había ningún problema de olor en la habitación doble. El hotel incluye desayuno, sencillo pero satisfactorio. El conductor del autobús se mostró amable y entusiasta, con el pulgar hacia arriba.
Cerca del aeropuerto, este es un excelente lugar para hospedarse para comenzar o finalizar su viaje a Dallas/Fort Worth. Se recomienda para viajeros ya que es barato, el alojamiento es limpio y se ofrece desayuno.
Originalmente seleccioné una habitación y me dieron algo diferente sin ninguna explicación. Cuando pregunté al respecto, el miembro del personal se mostró muy indiferente.
Había pagado $14 extra por el estacionamiento y todo el estacionamiento era igual. Nunca dije nada sobre estacionamiento pago y un depósito de $50. Ojalá todo esto estuviera escrito por adelantado. Entonces, cuando pagué la habitación, más el estacionamiento y un depósito adicional en UNA transacción.
La habitación era estupenda, una vista maravillosa, la cama y la ropa de cama eran cómodas, la ducha era increíble.
El servicio al cliente por la mañana no fue tan bueno.
Enjoyed the short stay here, services received was excellent. I loved that it was conveniently located near the airport and there was shuttle to transport to and from hotel, which made it extra convenient and they were on time, once reservations were made. We were pleasantly impressed.

La habitación es limpia y la ubicación es muy conveniente. Varios restaurantes de comida rápida son literalmente abajo. Claro que es más ruido desde que está cerca de la autopista

VVallaSituated in a great location in the heart of the city in Downtown Houston with convenient access to the MetroLine Rail which is less than a 5 mins walking distance (Red line from Main Street and Green and Purple lines from Rusk Street). I was able to move around the city fairly easy.
For hotel facilities, I liked that there was a gym with free access, which included TV entertainment and a free-access laundry room with both washing machines and tumble dryers. There were drinking water fountains on each floor corridor for guests to refill on water and keep hydrated instead of requesting for more water bottles in their rooms. There were also vending machines available if preferred.
I was a little underwhelmed with the appearance of my first room. The weren't clean from the outside which affected my view. The bathroom mirrors were stained and the room space felt small even as a single guest. There was no mini fridge which I've found to be a hotel room standard and it would've been practical for storing cool drinks and snacks especially in the Texas summer heat. However, there was manually controlled air conditioning which helped. There was also no safe in my room for me to store my valuables and important travel documents which I found puzzling. Hence I requested a room change which the staff assisted me with. The second room was much better as it was a larger space which included an additional arm chair along with a small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave and a wash-hand basin). The room was cleaner, however there was still no safe. When I enquired about it, I learnt that only some of the rooms have safes which is odd to not to be a feature in all the rooms, so I shared this feedback. Overall, the room decor was simplistic and suited towards business trip/travellers which I didn't mind. However, the rooms could be refurbished to look more modern and minimalist.
The staff were okay. They were helpful in assisting me with a room change when I wasn't happy but I didn't feel like I received exceptional customer service from any particular individual. Upon arriving, I didn't feel properly welcomed and informed about the facilities and a few staff members came across a little nonchalant in addressing queries and issues. For example, I requested a mini fridge to be added to my first room on day 1 which was meant to arrive the same day but instead arrived at my new room the following day when I made the room request showing a slow response time for when I actually needed it. Also my checkout process was very quick and I was informed that my deposit would return to my original payment card within 5 working days which did not happen and I had to follow up with manager who said he would email me to check in on the progress of the refund but I never received any further communication. I had to raise the issue with card provider who told me the the payment was marked as a pending refundable deposit and should the hotel not confirm my refund, then it would automatically be refunded back to my account after 30 days. It was extremely frustrating having to wait an entire month to receive a deposit, when I stayed in other hotels during my time in Texas whereby the deposit refund was instant upon me checking out. Needless to say that my overall experience was okay but could've been better, especially if I was staying there for the entirety of my trip. A few days staying there was enough and I would rate it a 3* rather than a 4* hotel realistically.

UUsuario invitadoMuch better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!
HH KBreraEsta es la peor destrucción que he tenido, las fotos no engañan nada como un resort y o Hotel, este es más probable un motel de nivel 5 tan engañan tan alto precio por la calidad real de las habitaciones. La línea de teléfono fue la muerte, tuve que entrar al lobby para el servicio , Voy a valorar este lugar - 1000 si fue posible , ubicación es grande pero no hay control de calidad de estacionamiento nadie puede conducir y utilizar una suposición de ser una playa privada para los huéspedes, en el check
Ponga tiempo que pedí para algún tipo de referencia # y o declaración y me dijeron que pedía trip.com para mi tiempo de comprobación y o comprobar declaración después de esta falta
De la honestidad de la renuncia me preocupaba mucho que se le cobraría por tiempo adicional y o incidentes que nunca usé y cuando pido alguna clase de pruebas o declaraciones de impresión llaman a seguridad para sacarme y si no lo hicieran porque invirtieron mi teléfono camera en
KKoos1007Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien.
Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje...
Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht.
Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.
UUsuario invitadoVery functional hotel with basic breakfast and a nice quiet park nearby, 20 minutes from Downtown Austin.
I stayed in both a basic room with a queen bed, and a suite (they turned out to be identical), around the Texas Eclipse in April 2024.
Pros:
* Even the most basic room is very functional: desk and ergonomic chair for computer work, mini-fridge, microwave, couch, comfortable bed
* Basic breakfast until 9am: microwaveable burritos and biscuits, hard boiled eggs, milk and cereal, apples, oranges, coffee, juice
* Very helpful staff (held onto my luggage, received packages, printed labels, extended my reservation several times)
* Nice quiet park to walk or jog in, 3 minutes away by foot (the MetCenter Hike & Bike trail). Hardly anybody there every time I went.
* Small fitness room with 3 cardio machines
* $8 shuttle service to the airport, plus free pickup from the airport
* The elevator now works
Cons:
* The WiFi was extremely fast in the lobby, but on the 3rd floor - unstable, and would disconnect briefly several times per hour. Like most other hotels, WiFi also kicks you out 2+ times a day, and you have to login (with the same password). I don't really get the point of this, and if the logout happens during a video call, you're screwed until you reconnect 💥, OR if you're on your phone, it goes on data and chews up bandwidth to handle the video. Microtel, please stop this dumb practice.
* The TV's WiFi worked only on day one (so other devices could connect and cast to it), and never since then.
* The area doesn't have anything interesting within a 5-minute walk, but is a ~15-minute Uber ride to downtown Austin. Ubers take ~5 minutes to arrive. So consider 20 minutes to get to Downtown.
* Walls aren't the thickest so I could hear the neighbors bumping things into them, but overall both rooms were quiet.
* The mattress was a tiny bit squeaky
* Breakfast ends at 9am. Other places have breakfast until 10am.
* The suite may be slightly bigger but I didn't see ANY advantage vs. the basic room. Really not worth the price difference. Exactly the same layout and furniture. Not sure why they charge more for it.
UUsuario invitadoMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
